They charged 7000 rs per night and they provided absolutely no services. For drinking water also, we had to go to another floor and fill water in just a 1 litre bottle that they provided for 3 people. The rooms were also smelly.

For a sleep this place i would say good. Nothing as view from the property on the time of my Visit December 29th 2024.we booked 3 rooms, rooms are good&clean. Room near reception may be disturbed little bit, because of Conversion between care taker's will disturbed. But by midnight there was no sound. Morning view was good.

Wonderful Stay at Cherry Blossom, Ooty! I had an amazing stay at Cherry Blossom in Ooty. The hotel offers great comfort and quality at an incredibly affordable price compared to many others in the area. The rooms were clean and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a budget-friendly getaway. A big shoutout to Arun at the front desk for his friendly and helpful attitude. "I recently stayed at Hotel Cherry Blossom and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially hotel owner Mr Thejus Giri very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also great, being close to nearby Good Restaurant, Railway station, Bus stand All ooty sightseeing, parks Mountain views, Valleys Main Ooty Market. I stayed with my family in Cherry Blossom, Ooty for 3 days. Our experience with Cherry Blossom was awesome. The room was very neat and clean. The host Prashanth was very friendly and helpful. He also arranged for us a short sight seeing in Ooty. It was walkable distance from Ooty Busstand and Ooty Railway Station. For food few restaurants are there in walkable distance. The Cherry Blossom located area is very calm and peaceful. Hope it helps.

Hotel is awesome , near by City range, Service desk person behaves in good manner and friendly type. 24 hrs drinking water hot & cold . My family feel free to stay here. I personally feel like home. Neet & Clean .

Good room with clean linen and towels. Everyday cleaning available. RO water available. Geyser control lies with the Caretaker. Uncovered parking in the sun available. Ground floor rooms noisy(guests and reception television on on full volume) and not private but first floor rooms are better. They have balcony too which the caretaker doesn't tell about. The balcony was dirty though. No toilet paper. The owner changes pricing every day and tries to make as much money as he can. No interest taken in making the guest stay or giving a good experience by reducing the prices for a long stay. Weekend is 1800 and above. Weekdays 1300 if you negotiate. Caretaker responsive but trained to adhere to the system and instructions so strictly that it sometimes becomes inconvenient. If you want to shift the room or extend etc, a lot of confusion with the Caretaker. First he promised to provide another room but then says he can't and doesn't remember. He tries to provide service so that the guests don't have complaints but the system that has been set up ends up discomforting the guest in the end. Like if you shift rooms, 11am.checkout is followed but rooms are only given at 1 pm. The caretaker doesn't hesitate to ring the doorbell as many times to.make you pay every morning, to take picture of the online payment, to ask you to check out, etc. This could be a really good place if the focus is shifted a bit from money to also give the due privacy, comfort, and flexibility to the tourists.
