we had a very pleasant stay in this property for 3 nights. Staff is very friendly & service is good. They will prepare food as per your requirement. Manager Jagdeesh was very helpful in the booking process. Would recommend this place to family.

I was stayed here for 3 days and the stay was really awesome with hygienic room and good room service . Really had peacefull stay, near to Ooty town and had all facilities for shoping and tourist spots. Food was really delicious. Thanks for making our stay comfortable

Had a very pleasant stay at the Peach Tree's Bouganvilla. Perfect for a family's weekend getaway or even for a meetup with friends. There is a decent choice of food available at the property which is served deliciously. Great hospitality and service by the managerial staff and the house keeping staff as well.

We booked this resort when visiting Ooty. The rooms were big and spacious, but however they weren't very well maintained. One of the bathrooms had only hot water and the other bathroom 's tap was falling down whenever we turned it and the commode was shaking. The door did not close tightly and let the cold wind in and it was very chilly at night. Heater and campfire were extra facilities and are given only if we pay extra charges. 100ml of plain milk with sugar costed 40/- INR. Breakfast was pathetic and there weren't many options to eat. Overall the hotel was good but it is not worth the price.

The hotel provided excellent service. The staff were consistently supportive, helpful, and exceptionally polite. Rooms were cosy and well-maintained, with reliable hot water. While the breakfast selection was limited, the options offered were of good quality.

Perfect place for friends and family. All the amenities are up to a satisfying level, Rooms are renovated to the latest. Definitely a star-category resort| Staff are very helpful and kind|This is not a resort this is home away from home. Highly recommended for family, couples and friends

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The hosts are good and jovial. Everyone working here are so good and helpful. Definitely commendable. Would come back again. Overall a good experience.

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place. Most terrible hotel and utter lack of respect for customers. Bathroom flush doesnt work, toilet seats are broken, taps come out in hand, no hot water . If you complain, they say plumber will come later. What a joke Filthy room, electric switches won't work. I can go on. Just wasted money, time and was subjected to torture. Someone will reply to this post justifying something, dont listen.
