Worst experience ever! Please do not even consider visiting this resort if you care about your safety and peace of mind. First of all, the location is a complete nightmare - no Google Maps, no proper signboards, and even the local people have no clue where it is! Finding the place itself was a huge mental torture. Absolutely unsafe for families, couples, or even solo travelers. The whole area feels deserted and shady. Tunnel rooms are a joke - extremely cramped and suffocating. The so-called "restroom" is nothing but a public toilet experience, shared and totally unhygienic. Zero hospitality from the staff - they don't care about the guests at all. For the high price they charge, you expect at least basic respect and comfort, but sadly, you'll get none.Even basic activities like cycle rides are charged separately after paying an already ridiculous amount for the stay. Pure money looting! Unsafe location Unclean and cramped rooms Pathetic service Complete waste of money Strongly NOT recommended even for enemies. Don't spoil your trip - stay far, far away from this scam place

Our visit to this resort was nothing short of a traumatic experience. The location was so isolated and poorly marked that it took hours just to find the place, and even then, locals were clueless about its whereabouts. Safety was a major concern throughout our stay. The rooms, especially the tunnel rooms, were unbearably small and claustrophobic, offering no comfort whatsoever. The restroom facilities were horrifying, resembling a poorly maintained public toilet rather than a private resort experience. What disappointed us the most was the total lack of basic hospitality and courtesy from the staff. On top of already high room rates, every small activity was separately charged, making it feel like they were only interested in squeezing money out of the guests. This place is a complete letdown and I would never recommend it to anyone who values their money, time, or mental peace

The poorest service I have ever seen in a premium priced hotel. They don't even know the meaning of hospitality. Asked for a towel at 10am which they should have already provided the last day at check in, they gave it at 12pm after 3 nudges. Should I take bath at 12? And so many instances.....

I recently stayed at this property, and overall, the experience was okay. The rooms were decent but nothing exceptional--just about average in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, the manager uncle seemed a bit rude when we requested something regarding our accommodation, which was disappointing. A little more friendliness and willingness to assist guests would have made the stay much better.

Absolutely amazing experience, worth the money for the splendid views it offers. It is not like a conventional hotel but more. You're in it for a treat if you prefer an adventure, an experience and something very memorable. Ideal for couples or a group of friends.

I found this property on you tube and approach directly to this property reception. They offered me a good price bit on MMT the rates are good then the reception so i booked . Our reason to stay there is camping. Over all experience is good. Rooms need more cleaning. Toilets are good and maintained. Restaurant taste is average. But they don't service in your staying area. We ate only three in whole camp thats why we feel some boredom. I feel if any group want to stay they can enjoy more. Staff need to more flexible. Breakfast is only the name they offer idle(partially cooked), bread omelette & upma. Not satisfied for breakfast. Overall a good experience of camping close to the nature.

From the moment I stepped into Aventura, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and camaraderie. The Resort was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The staff, including the wonderful Manager, provided outstanding hospitality, making everyone feel like part of a family. The social atmosphere was perfect, leading to enriching conversations and new friendships. My first Aventura stay, and it has set a very high standard. A must-visit in Ooty!

While the stay was pleasant, with a neat and well-maintained room and a good breakfast, the behavior of the staff, especially the manager, was disappointing. It made us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests. We appreciate good hospitality and hope for a more respectful and professional approach in the future.
