AJ Heritage Resort Ooty by VOYE HOMES

From outside the property looks amazing, but the rooms are unhygienic. No ventilation, bed, blankets are dirty and foul odour you feel nauseous. You don't feel like staying there even for a moment. Rooms allocated to us (we were with family) was beside the labour rooms, there was no power back up. While passing by, I got a chance to peek into kitchen, it was so dirty that beyond my explanation. Avoid this place at all cost. There are better heritage properties in Ooty, but I won't recommend this one.

I booked a room at Hotel I received a confirmation. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation had been canceled. The hotel staff offered no valid explanation, and I strongly suspect they gave my room to other guests at a higher price. The staff was unhelpful, rude, dismissive. This experience caused me significant stress, inconvenience. I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel. They are unreliable and appear to prioritize profit over honoring reservations.

Unethical and Unprofessional! I booked this hotel for 2 days and 2 nights, but after staying just 1 day and 1 night, they shockingly told me the room was allotted to someone else. No prior notice, no explanation - just asked to vacate! This is completely unethical and shows zero professionalism. Avoid this place if you value basic decency and reliability.

Choose this place only if you like eating half cooked food or even raw food.the service is absolutely poor .the reviews below were given ages before. Water leakes,broken cupboards,raw food,staffs with ego

Not sure about other reviews I stayed here for two days march 14 15 2025. Vintage property.. all broken walls and broken floor tiles. No soaps provided nothing I paid 7k per night not worth at all. Management are very responsive but not well maintenance.

Very good location. Couple of days back, we (family) stayed here in a suite room. very spacious, good ambiance, calm and quite place. Well behavior front office staff. Overall excellent

We booked our stay here through a travel agent. Only problem we faced initially was with a confusion in the type of room, as the middlemen had made some mistakes, later the Hotel staff sorted everything well as per our comfort and convenience. This property is in such a good location and well maintained very near to town and all site seeing places. We stayed here for 3 days and had a great experience as the staff was very kind and welcoming. No doubt its a good place with good view good service and especially good food. Food here was top notch, tasty, quality, quantity, hygiene and reasonable prices. I specially visited their kitchen and saw how cleanly it is and how well the food is prepared for the guests. The staff is always ready and happy to help us and they are so kind and well mannered. Thank you AJ Heritage and the Staff for making our stay worth remembering.

Rooms is clean, Service awesome, Best location. Jahir is very cooperative person Next time come this property
