A Ooty Honey Huts

I visited this property from 14 May to 16 May 2025. A few pros and cons listed below: Pros: 1. Hospitality of the staff - the staff of this property are amazing, especially the manager. 2. Location - this property is located just outside Ooty, making it easy access to several places of interest such as Government Botanical Garden and Rose Garden. That's all for the pros as of now. Cons: 1. Triple bedrooms - the rooms are mostly untidy (the room where I stayed - 201) with an unclean ceiling fan, broken water geyser and the third bed is as hard as rock. 2. Room Service - The room service is poor. Period. They don't even replace your unkempt blankets from the night the next day. And if you ask for a certain favour, they tend to take time to respond. 3. Road of approach - the road that leads to the property is a steep narrow street that requires a HELL lot of experience to climb up. Often one's vehicle tends to stall here. That's all about my observations. I suggest you visit the rooms before spending your money. Overall it's good for a night stay, however not more than that.

I think it is safe to say that this is the best affordable stay you can consider if you are travelling Ooty for the first time with family. The owner and the staff are very friendly and will assist you in planning your intenary. The owner himself helps with cab services to go around the city. Break fast is available and the food is very comforting and at affordable prices. The washrooms are well maintained and the view from the rooms are spectacular. The room is well equipped with all the necessary facilities and the cherry on top was the balcony view It is a perfect spot for a morning hot cup of tea. What I loved the most was the theme of the stay. The owner Keeps the property decorated with Christmas lights and ornaments 365 days of the year making it a perfect spot to experience the Christmas magic.

The customer service was excellent--friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The owner was especially warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home with his kind behavior. To make our sightseeing hassle-free, he even arranged a cab, helping us cover maximum attractions without any stress. His hospitality made us feel at home, and we truly appreciated the warmth and care he showed throughout our stay. Had an amazing stay at this hotel in ooty. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff varghese jacob was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and hotel was budget friendly, offering scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Perfect enjoyment stay with my family , clean room neatly maintained, spacious, beautiful balcony and very good view. Free parking space and good hot water available 24 hours , all places of interest close by

No word with me to write about Huny Huts staff and coordinator. They are very affectionate,very helpful. Thanks to them. Location point of view also very fine. Brakefast is very familiar. I have requested them to arrange dinner for customer on payment basis.
