It's a neat room with no frills, offering great value for the price. There's good parking, and it's located in a perfect spot. The food here is also great. They may not change your bed spreads or replace towels everyday. So better to carry your own towel and bath robes.

We had lunch here while returning from Ooty to Chennai via Kotagiri. The vegetarian food was good. The staff did not know if the meat was halal so we went for veg options. The ghee rice and paneer manchurian were so good. The place has a great view. The service was slow.

We recently stayed here seeing the positive reviews. But, we had a bad experience. The room size was small for the price. The chairs in the room was not comfortable to sit. No kettle was available in the room. Just a jug and glasses. Coffee was not available even until 8:30am. Added to this, didn't get hot water in bathroom taps. After almost an hour of waiting. The water itself did not come from hot water faucet. We reported this to the reception and went out. The person asked for the room key and said they will check. After coming back after 3 hours, only thing they did was switching on the heater which we ourselves did. No apologies was given. The front desk person didn't show up until 8am on the morning. Very poor and lazy service. Not worth the money.

Restaurant service is horrible, too much delay. Also they give more priority room service than restaurant visitors. Better to write a board mentioning any dish will take 30 mins to serve

Food is pathetic, even after complaint, there is no response from hotel team. location is OK, easy accessible. TV did not work. Wifi speed is very slow. Room bathrooms are clean. You can walk little tea field behind hotel.

The food quality was a bit inconsistent, but when I provided feedback, the staff immediately stepped in to make things right. They personally called to take my dinner order and ensured the food was prepared to my liking, which I really appreciated. The WiFi connection in my initial room was weak, but the staff promptly addressed the issue by offering a better room with improved connectivity. One constant throughout my stay has been the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, which are excellent. While my experience started off with a few concerns, the proactive approach of the staff and their commitment to guest satisfaction have truly stood out.
