Royal Castle Farm Stay Resort

We visited Royal Castle Farm Resort for a family day-out and had quite an enjoyable time. The resort offers a pleasant environment for relaxation and fun with family, especially for kids. Food: The breakfast and lunch were good, though it's important to note that breakfast is not included in the standard day-out package and is charged separately. Lunch featured a tasty biryani that stood out as a highlight of the meal. Water Activities: The water games were fun, including a few water slides and a rain dance area that everyone enjoyed. They also provide separate pools for kids and adults, which helps ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all. One suggestion would be to monitor and possibly improve the chlorine levels in the water for better comfort. Indoor Games & Other Activities: The indoor games were decent, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and maintenance. A nice touch was the presence of pet and farm animals, which added a unique and enjoyable element for children. Overall Experience: It was a good experience overall, especially for families with kids. The place is ideal for a relaxed day with fun activities and decent amenities. Kids, in particular, are sure to have a great time.

A big property with a lot of amenities.... Our group enjoyed the stay and the staff was helpful and responsive. Great food. They work round the clock 24/7. During the visit, we stuck with rain but staff was extremely quick in cleaning the property and bring back to normal to use. Very quick. Rooms could be little bit more big and bathrooms could have been cleaned bit more better but nothing to complain. Overall a wonderful stay. Staff Mohan and Rajesh was helping us very patiently.. Wifi connectivity must be extended to the entire property. Cleanliness of the property is key.

We recently visited Royal Castle Farm Stay Resort with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. While the rooms were spacious, we encountered several issues that marred our stay. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable. Moreover, the rooms weren't hygienically maintained, with hair strands in plain sight and unclean closets. The food options were varied, but hygiene concerns arose due to stinking plates with lingering non-veg smells. The buffet setup near a washbasin and drain didn't exactly inspire confidence. The activities were underwhelming, with non-functional props and poorly maintained animal areas emitting bad odors. The pool was the biggest letdown - poorly maintained, with sediments and hair floating in the water. Kids playing in the pool with diapers added to our discomfort. Lack of monitoring was evident. Chlorine level was too high. Overall, despite paying a premium, our experience was disappointing. Hygiene and quality service were lacking, raising health concerns. We can't recommend or revisit due to these issues. Please focus on hygiene, and you'll likely attract more customers. We hope the management takes constructive feedback and improves.

I stayed in your place on 19th and 20th. I would like to leave few suggestions as a well wisher. Firstly, the property is very good, well maintained. Pool activities, indoor and outdoor activities were nice. Loved the rooms. Very helpful staffs. Lovely animals. - Food was good, but we kind of felt the same aroma on the NV gravies for Morng, noon and dinner. A change in taste or menu would be good for the next time. - Try changing the menu every three months. - Apart from tea, some snacks would have been better, biscuits, chips n etc. Thank you for the wonderful stay and I wish I would visit again with my friends gang next time.

Wow! Highest value for money, sure the best deal. Was blown out of proportion. Food, A-class.. wonderful. Nice hospitality. schedules run like a clock work. Enjoyed... Highly recommend.. please do go and enjoy

We are very disappointed not only with the experience at your place but also with the way you've responded to our genuine feedback. First of all, there was no emergency from our side. We left your property because of the poor hygiene, unclean restrooms, unpleasant smell, delayed check-in, and the overall bad ambience which was completely different from what was shown in the pictures and videos. We only had elders and kids with us--clearly, we were expecting a family-friendly environment, but what we saw upon arrival was far from that. You mentioned that we didn't enter the rooms, but that is completely false. We were given one room, which we entered and found in an unacceptable condition. Based on that experience and after waiting for the other rooms for nearly an hour, we decided not to proceed with the stay. Moreover, your manager clearly promised to return the advance, understanding our situation. That is the reason we left without further conflict. If you had stated firmly at the time that the advance would not be refunded, we would have handled it legally. But your staff gave their word, which you now seem to be going back on. We did not post this review just for the refund. We posted it to warn other families so they don't face the same disappointment we did. You say you have regular clients--good for you--but that doesn't take away from the fact that our experience was real, recent, and completely unsatisfactory. Your reply, instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic empathy, shifts the blame to us. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when they have valid concern.

Excellent hospitality during our stay in the resort. Our needs were well handled and the services were fast. The swimming pool with slides were a special touch and food quality was excellent. Since the resort is 7 Km from the main road, it would be helpful if sign boards are present at important places to help with the direction.

Assalamu Alaikum We had an opportunity to stay at Royal castle Farm Stay Resort, Odathurai, Erode District, Tamil Nadu based on good reviews about the Resort. It is true and really felt homely and my grand children enjoyed the water games, pool, indoor games, basketball, cricket, birds, cattle, camels etc. Office staff Mr. Mohanraj Catering incharge Mr. Ravindranath were very polite and helpful. Our concern for HALAL food was met. I cut all the chickens. 28 April 2025 for night dinner 2 chickens for my family of 4, and 29 April 2025 around 15 chickens for all guests for lunch.
