Sandalo Castle Resorts

This resort is located 5km from Gudalur. Property is well maintain and clean rooms. We stayed in pool cottage with pool view and tea plantation view. Staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Babu and Vinod. They have buffet for all 3 times, breakfast was inclusive with room while you have pay additional for lunch and dinner. Food was exceptional. Location: it's located on the way to Ooty, if you want to stay in nature and avoid commercialised Ooty stay this is best place. All the sightseeing places of Ooty are easily accessible via drive.

The very first thing one tourist looks in a resort is their service and well as food.rest all like ambience, location are secondary. Very poor service in terms of food they deliver ..seeing all the reviews I thought the food will be delicious here ,apparently I got curd rice to eat in a 4 star hotel the excuse from thier side is that since other guest have decided to not have dinner, they have very limited options to serve us .they have informed us few min before arrival in a very rude manner esp food service person ,as im travelling with baby we didn't able to eat from outside.dont fall for the trap by looking the pool they have. My trip was spoiled by the rude behavior of the service person during dine in. regretting for taking this hotel(not resort).

Good place to visit with friends and family. The food was awesome with variety of dishes over 3 courses. The service was pinpoint and the staffs were polite and friendly. The weather was warm during March and April month. Worth the money spent

A very neat and decent property with a bunch of well respected staffs. Indeed, I must praise their dishes served, awesome! Made our vacation more memorable. A big thanks to Sandalo castle team for your love and care. We really enjoyed the stay with you!

We had an amazing stay at sandalo castle. Now the pool was absolutely fantastic--clean, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of exploring. The resort is also conveniently located near Wildlife Sanctuary. making it ideal for nature lovers. The staff at the resort were incredibly hospitable, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of adventure!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing experience.Staff was very polite and decent with safety ensured. Food was very tasty . Overall our experience was great and definitely recommended to family and friends. Thank you Team Sandalo will visit again soon

A Luxurious Escape!, I had an amazing time at Sandalo Castle! The ambience is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with stunning views.bThe food was delicious, and the resorts amenities are top-notch specially, swimming pool. Can't wait to visit again!
