MOONLIGHT RESORTS

We were staying on moonlight on March 1st, Rooms are excellent, good sofa and nice architecutre. but very limited space with small swimming pool. Also service is very poor, they are not flexible to customer. we have to go with their strict timeline for dinner or breakfast. Food is very average not worth for 2.5k.

Namaskaram We people of 15 members stayed on December 2024/ 21-22 at the ground floor of the Aframe house. Positive: The rooms and its ambiance was good the swimming pool was also good and safe. Negative: 1. In December the resort was not cool and the Air condition in the room is not working. 2. Full payment is collected before check in so the service was worst. 3. only eight members can sleep in cot others extra bed on floor. There was not sufficient foot mat for the rest room. 4. Do not order for BBQ, only charcoal. And they were not using specified charcoal for BBQ which emits hydrocarbons - risk of cancer. 5. Food is very bad and you have to eat what they give irrespective of what they committed before collecting money. 6. They were not playing any projector for entertainment. They says Only YouTube songs can be played through laptop but that also they didn't.

Just checked out after a day stay from 18 jan' 25. The location was good. The food taste was below average. We, 8 members on the floor 1. The toilet was neat and clean. The interior of the room was not completed. Tea & coffee are ok. Indoor games are ok. The reception team needs to be more friendly. The service person Micheal Raj was so friendly. Few such resorts available nearby check that also before being committed with this. In general it's not bad !

We had a relatively good experience at the resort. We were a group of 8-9 friends. Service was exceptional. We were not the most cooperative guests and the staff always accommodated us with a smile. The food was wonderful, not spicy or oily etc. There were limited dishes but they were very good. We first got the dormitory on the 1st floor. The room is quite spacious and has two attached toilets and a huge balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, there is not enough provision for all guests to have a bath. We next shifted to the room on the ground floor and it was a complete contrast. This is very tastefully done with Sofas and a huge aquarium. One of the bathrooms is simply huge and would challenge living rooms in most apartments in terms of floor space. There are indoor and outdoor sports available. The swimming pool has clean water and they take care to refresh the water periodically. Badminton, Archery, Carrom-Board, Pool-table, Table tennis etc. were available. All the game facilities were well maintained. Table tennis had a decent table, net, racquets etc. In summary we had a positive experience and would consider visiting the place again.

We the college friends of 15 members stayed on 21-22 Dec 24 in the ground floor of the A frame house Negative: 1.The room In ground floor even in December the room was not cool and the Air condition in the room is not working. only 4 cots in the (room+hall) for 8 members all others in extra bed on floor. not sufficient air flow . more mosquitos may be due to fish tank. 2. lunch and diner food quality is very bad . at the time of booking they committed before collecting money (like vadivelu uthappam joke ) they will note all the food menu . after entering the resort fist the collect full money. after the will give their own style food Positive side. The rooms and swimming pool was good . because its newly constructed

Very nice place... Good food... Management is good... Michael Raja assisted us very well... Good for a one time experience... Pool area very good....

This is the best place to spend quality time with your family. Staff's here are very pleasing to serve. Camp fire, swimming pool,VR games and other indoor games are arranged properly and food are absolutely delicious Rooms are very neat and has very beautiful viewpoint all the indoor games are arranged properly Dinner setup was really good Thankyou Mr Vijay because we enwuied and confirm the booking around 1am without any hesitation you updated all the details through phone call as well as whatsapp and also Thankyou Mr Michael for all the arrangement with smiling face Really time spend here are worth and best moment to cherish Thankyou guys for making our journey so special

We went for one day stay .. the best service and they are more friendly ... Food Vera level ... We can give 5 star for food taste .. .. we enjoyed a lot ..
