My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one with large rooms and great view. The rooms were cleaned and maintained neat on a daily basis. Food we ordered was also good. The areas of improvement would be to replace the old TV to a smart TV. Room service guys were very respectful and provided the required things. The front office guys were also very helpful and received us well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it all .

The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was breathtaking. Housekeeping maintained the room to perfection throughout my stay. For a couple it's a perfect stay. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, gym, and pool, added to the luxurious experience. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. Overall, exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet expectations--especially considering this was my third visit to the property. Despite a request for a smoking room, we were allotted a non-smoking room. We were informed that the hotel is non-smoking, yet there was a noticeable smell of smoke on the same floor, which was both confusing and unpleasant.We also requested a king-size bed for our anniversary stay, but were instead provided with twin beds, which impacted the comfort and experience we had hoped for on this special occasion. Additionally, the spa was non-operational, and there was no prior information or mention of this either during booking or check-in. Overall, the staff support and responsiveness were not up to the mark, which was disappointing given my previous experiences at your property. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I may reconsider choosing this hotel in the future

Fantastic rooms. I have stayed in 4.5 star hotels like Ramada and what not, I would prefer this over them any day. It was such a value for money. Rooms are large, well equipped. The hotel isn't trying to rip you off at all. Unlike most hotels, you get two bottles of filtered water. You are not charged for them. There is a mini fridge is not filled the brim with 150 soft drinks. It is empty and you can actually use it. It came handy as I had a few warm soft drinks left. Staff is very professional. Breakfast is delicious and is worth it for 450/person. The only con I would say is that shower cap container was empty. The people who stayed in that room before us must have used it and kept the empty box in the exact place, so I don't blame housekeeping for missing that. I mean, how would they know? But the water in the shower and tap was salty. That felt a bit strange to me. Idk how it will affect your hair in the long term if you plan on staying for long periods. I would definitely stay here again if I had to come near Navalur.

One of brightest place turned into most pathetic place. Most unhygienic place with water supply for cleaning purpose at a flow rate that you can't wash your hands at all; aircon is so pathetic that doesn't throw air out of aircon at all, all seating chairs have lost their cushions, top of that staff has turned so disrespectful that you can't ask for a cup of tea, invade you ask him the status then god should save you. When raised concern to manager then they ask you to email the complaint and they will revert, General manager is always out of station as per staff, what else is left I can't understand. Hotel management should really rethink whether to operate or close the hotel like this????

Not so good. Didn't provided additional cups we asked. The bathroom didn't have a spray jet, to take a bath, you need to use either a shower or a tap which is not so comfortable. Single beds are moving here and there and bed quality is poor. The TV is very old and the remote was properly working. Not worth for 3K

We recently stayed at Gokulam Park Sabari and, unfortunately, our experience was not up to expectations. Due to some issues, we arrived late at night and had informed the hotel by 10 PM that we would reach around 11:15 PM. We requested them to keep food for us, as we were a group of 8 ladies above 50, and even the staff at their other branch relayed the message. However, we were told that only a sandwich would be available, which we finally received at 12:15 AM--an hour after our arrival. The sandwich itself was dry and lacked proper dressing. The next morning, we went for breakfast at 9 AM, but the food was cold and soggy. The bathroom in our room was not clean, and amenities were lacking--only one toothbrush was provided in a room, and the soap dispenser was empty and not refilled. When we raised these concerns with the staff in the morning, we did not receive satisfactory responses. This review is not a complaint but a suggestion for improvement. A little more attention to service, cleanliness, and guest needs would greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.

Stayed in the second floor room, few days ago, for a day. Gave me an extra bed, for the third member of my group, even though I didn't ask. Good. While rest of the things are decent, couple of suggestions. 1) keep the floor smooth, at level. Last thing I want is any surprises while walking inside the room. 2) Make the water flow out quickly in the shower stall. I don't want to stand in a small pool of water while taking the shower or after the shower
