I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Chennai with my family, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers. Accommodation: The rooms are compact yet efficiently designed, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. They were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment for relaxation. Staff and Service: The staff at Ginger Hotel were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist, regardless of the time. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Notably, traveling with my young daughter, I appreciated their willingness to provide food whenever she felt hungry, showcasing their commitment to accommodating guests' needs. Dining: The hotel's dining options were commendable, offering a variety of dishes that catered to different palates. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt. Overall Experience: Our family stay at Ginger Hotel Chennai was comfortable and enjoyable. The combination of budget-friendly pricing, efficient room design, and outstanding service makes it a top recommendation for families visiting Chennai.

Enjoyed the stay. Staffs are so patience. Especially the restaurant incharge Karthik, so humble and patience. All the staffs are humble. I will recommend my friends and family. Good place for a nice and wonderful stay. Suggestion: management can provide discount to regular customer else they can leverage the check in/out timings.

Hotel was decent. But front office/receptionist were very slow and lethargic. It took more than 30 mins for them to check in. Also the hotel lacked basic Necessities like lack of dental kit, shaving kit. When requested, the reception told that they would be issued only upon request which I find funny. Even basic hotels provide such things without request. Also, the door key card they provided was only. Two of us were staying and if one of the has to go down for breakfast or to the car, they need to take key card to access the lift which will cut off the power to the room and it will be very difficult for the other person to sleep or stay inside without any power. Moreover, they are re-using the cards, it would not take them to provide a extra card when there are more than 1 person staying or change the system if the current software does not provide. The shower was broken and shower head was hanging near the faucet. I have to manually pull it to the top to use it. The hotel is not worth the price even the location is very good.

I am currently staying at this hotel from last 6 weeks and it is great experience. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and spacious with all facilities. The staff is very kind and cooperative. All services provided by hotel are exceptional. The entire team of hotel is awesome and my special thanks to Restaurant manager Kartik Nayak and Kartika for their excellent services. They are well mannered, true professional & very prompt and attentive. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent Stay...... Value for money......... Easy access.... Good Staffs and Well maintained rooms....... Quick check in..... Restaurant has a huge variety of dishes for a complementary breakfast..... Good place for all business trip stay and family stay as well..... Definitely will recommend for all.....

I stayed at your hotel for the past 7 days. All the facilities at gingar Hotel made me very happy, especially the food, which was of very high quality. The staff there, particularly Hema, Shashank, and Kartik Sir, who handled everything with great understanding, provided top-notch service. I express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone.

It was really an amazing stay, rooms were super nice and clean. Everything was perfect, staffs on the reception were also kind to the guests. But a big thumbs down to room service. I have missed one of my belongings in my room, and I came to collect it back, the receptionist said the room service person has thrown away my things without my permission, i was really frustrated by this incident.

Our stay at Ginger Hotel was overall a memorable experience. We were particularly impressed with the hospitality and personalized service provided by Mr. Karthik. His food recommendations were spot on, and they truly enhanced our stay. The entire team was courteous, and the facilities were comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future.
