Townhouse 1090 Fantasea Hotels Near OMR

I was looking for worse points to give. They don't deserve a star . Asking more money during check in. Worse maintenance. Smelling. No internet. No hot water as promised. Broken and wornout furniture. Bathroom on the alleyway side, people can actually see inside the bathroom.

The worst room I ever seen. Room is not even maintain properly and worst room service. Room is not clean and no proper response

Foul smell throughout... feeling nausea while entering bathroom..Not even a towel holder or soap.

This is not an OYO hotel, guys. They are deceiving customers. The real scam is that they accept bookings as an OYO hotel online, but during check-in, they force you to pay extra money. They make various excuses to charge customers more. The rooms have a bad smell, and the bathroom is in poor condition. The staff's behavior is unacceptable. Worst experience ever. Couples should also visit at their own risk.

Hotel with great view of omr road especially night time. Clean rooms and hotel. Great location.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Townhouse 1090 Fantasea. let me start by saying that this was easily one of the worst hotel stays of my life. First and foremost, upon arrival, I was greeted with a nightmare scenario: my reservation was nowhere to be found. Despite providing confirmation emails and reservation numbers, the staff adamantly denied any record of my booking. After hours of back-and-forth, they finally acknowledged their mistake, but not without insisting that I pay an additional fee for a room upgrade that I had never requested nor desired. Once I finally settled into my room, I quickly realized that the chaos was far from over. Throughout my entire stay, the hotel was undergoing some sort of never-ending construction project. The incessant banging and drilling started promptly at 7 a.m. and continued well into the evening, making it impossible to relax or even hear myself think. It felt like I was staying in the middle of a war zone rather than a supposedly reputable hotel. To add insult to injury, the staff exhibited the height of rudeness and incompetence. Any attempts to address my concerns were met with dismissive attitudes and blatant disregard for my comfort. It was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. And as if all of that wasn't enough, when I finally decided I couldn't take it anymore and requested to check out early, I was met with yet another obstacle. The front desk staff seemed completely oblivious to my concerns and insisted that I pay for the full duration of my reservation, despite my complaints about the unbearable conditions. Overall, my stay at Fantasea hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to steer clear unless they enjoy being subjected to incompetence, noise pollution, and utter disrespect from the staff. Save yourself the headache and find accommodations elsewhere.

This is a Lodge which is against the rules of the Lodge... two people are not allowed to stay in a room with two beds.. an extra fee is charged here.... the room is full of beetles and insects, there is no car parking facility.. we have two bed rooms. We had booked 2 rooms. Total 4 people are indom but only 3 of them were allowed to stay.... TV in room not working properly. This is an unsafe place for women and families to stay.. The staff are very careless and disrespectful..

This property is worst place to stay. They accept bookings in oyo and while checking in they will not let you in. I have called the oyo support, the property manager didn't pick up the call. I was standing infront of property manager . They asked for extra money and let me in. The room was stinking. It was my joining date to a new job. Worst experience. Please don't book this property.
