An average stay overall. The 4-foot swimming pool and food options are decent, but the complimentary breakfast falls short. Parking is quite cramped, though the location is a plus with malls and shopping nearby. Hospitality and room amenities need improvement. ..

Surprisingly I had a doubt on how positive reviews were recorded for this hotel. I had a great first impression of this hotel with its spacious rooms and good amenities. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. From 2 AM until checkout at 11 AM, there was no water in the taps due to a pump motor issue, and the hotel had no backup water supply. The receptionist was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the situation, repeatedly saying they would "check again." Additionally, room service was a disappointment -- nothing we ordered ever arrived, despite multiple assurances it would be brought immediately. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
The rooms were stinky, we changed the room. The Other room was just ok. There was a frequent Power cut, they take time to switch to generator. The room took time to get cold. We booked the room for two days, but without even checking the system, the stewarts knocked the door repeatedly for check out & again for payment. I would never suggest this hotel for a stay
The pool is great. Clean and there is always a guy in case you are with kids to support. The guy at the reception can learn Tamil. Even if he does not, he can try to understand English a little bit. He dismissing someone who in enquiry in Tamil by saying don't know Tamil is plain rude. You are doing bussiness in TN then learn Tamil or at least try to learn English. Even if you don't know both be polite and say you find hard to understand. I asked "pool". It's not Tamil. Any dumb person who knows any language can answer with direction. Being rude to customer because you don't know Tamil or English will get you one star.
The food and service were in top notch. We enjoyed the food and complimentary sweets for valentines Day. Mr Ali was so kind and humble who provided a great service. Since the complementary sweet baklava was so tasty, we asked for extra pieces for money but they provided one more plate as complimentary which is a great gesture. Keep it up the service.
Hotel Review: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I was given Room 112, which had multiple issues: no hot water, non-functional landline, no sofa, no working chair, and no tea-making items. I had to walk three times to the reception from evening to night to complain. The staff first said they would switch on the geyser, then sent a person who assured me hot water would come in 10 minutes, which never happened. Frustrated, I gave up and slept. The next morning, there was still no hot water, and I had to again walk to the reception to complain. This time, they sent another person and eventually moved me to Room 114, which had all the promised amenities. It was clear that they had deliberately given me a substandard room in the first place. When I confronted the manager, he simply apologized and promised better service "next time"--but this stay was already ruined. This experience was a waste of my money and a complete hassle. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
"I had the opportunity to visit this property when a friend was staying here, and I was impressed with what I saw. The rooms were clean, decent, and nicely maintained. The location is fantastic - situated on OMR, next to a mall and food street. Plus, the Geetam restaurant is conveniently located right outside the room doors. Overall, I found this place to be an excellent choice for a quick stay. The concept feels more like a motel, but it's definitely a nice option for those looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay."
We had booked a regular room and a duplex suite.the rooms were very mediocre. The beds were too shaky, hard mattresses, no lock in the bathroom doors, no privacy bathroom door. No proper water in the bathrooms.. the rooms can be maintained better. On the positive note - food was really good.the pool area was enjoyable..
