Rooms have Naphthalene ball smell always, surrounded by sewage so if the window kept open for 10 mins mosquito will accompany you with your stay. One of the receptionist was so rude and +1 extra water bottles weren't provided during midnight when asked.

No doubt the hotel was clean and good. But staff behaviour specifically the manager was very nasty as he treat north Indians very rudely. Teach them some ethics and manners. Also price was on a higher end so they could have easily provided breakfast.

Very decent to stay. Only the disadvantage is not having any attached restaurant any. But remaining all very good.

I feel very quiet, safe and at an adorable price, perfect distance from bus stop and railway station & airport

Decent stay , one night halted here during my Chennai trip. Clean rooms and nice staff.

The room is slightly above average, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be much better. Despite this, the bathroom itself is very very tidy and having a toilet attached to it made taking a shower very uncomfortable. Manager I guess, he is very rude and lacking in politeness. Overall, I would say that the price is quite high. At the very least, they could have provided complimentary breakfast for the price they charge. For the amount paid, I would have expected a better stay with proper amenities. Disappointed. will definitely not stay there again unless they rectify the issues mentioned above

Rooms were okay. Price was high. They could have provided at least complementary breakfast for the price they charged. No near by food available. The staff was also not so friendly either. But my purpose served as it near by SRM university.

Location was easy to accomodate and staffs were friendly but but delayed in responding need to improve those service and requirements immedietly
