I experienced unacceptable behavior from the owner/manager. Despite having booked a room online for 970, he refused to honor the rate and insisted on charging 2000. Furthermore, he was rude and unprofessional, particularly towards me as a guest, and even went so far as to say he wouldn't be bothered by any complaints I might make. I'm skeptical about giving 5 stars after the way the owner behaved. The reviews all look suspiciously fake.

I hand a wonderful stay the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable making my stay very relaxing, the location was perfect near by Trade centre Chennai

This Hotel management people are cheating fellows, not allow if book through online/any app,They forced to Book offline with almost double charge, please don't prefer this Hotel not at all good

Near Chennai conference hall and it park dlf,l&t.staff is very helpful worth of money and time anybody come for Chennai Trade centre must try it this hotel

Very clean property will all amenities. The service was so good and it offered privacy, which i liked most. Kanan was very helpful in providing me a good stay.
