Treebo Adin Residence Chennai Trade Centre

It was a very nice and beautiful concept, something I experienced for the first time. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative, and I believe I received the best service ever. We stayed from 26th February to 3rd March 2025. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the views were lovely. The staff were very supportive throughout our stay. I especially want to mention the receptionist, Nandini - she was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Hotel Treebo Adin, Chennai truly made my journey memorable, even beyond my official work. I really liked the place and would love to visit again.

I recently had a very positive experience with Treebo, and I wanted to share my thoughts. From booking to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essential amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The complimentary breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, offering a decent variety of options. The pricing was also very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Overall, I found Treebo to be a reliable and comfortable accommodation option. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Staff Impolite/Bad behavior Stayed in this hotel for one day. The night receptionist was terrible, with no respect. He was generally very rude and bossy which is unacceptable especially when you are at the front desk. The manager was no help either. Extra Chargers I checked in 4 hours early and was charged half a day extra. When I disagreed about the overcharges, the manager ended the conversation by stating its policy. Unhygienic/Not cleaning The room looked like it hadn't been used in a while. The bathroom was dusty and dirty. The hotel is located in a residential area and traffic is difficult to move through. Rude/impolite They are not respectful of the visitors. impolite behavior and asking extra money for allowing for hours (not staying) every minute someone came and knocked on the doors and went. I would not recommend anyone to use this hotel. I can generously give a 1-star rating while reviewing this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I would say that the Treebo Adin Residence is a very good place to be in if your are in Chennai. You will enjoy your stay and the good view along with the river flowing not so much far away from your hotel.

One of the worst experiences 1) Denied early check inn though all rooms were empty 2) Location is too odd and far from main road that you won't get ola or uber 3) Breakfast was limited and not so good in taste 4) No complimentary things available Asked money for tooth kit 5) They turn off AC regularly after few minutes in night due to which sleep gets disturbed 6) cockroaches in rooms and on table inside room 7) Manager too much irresponsible and arrogant. Not a single penny help from his side 8) Tv was not recharged and upon asking they said It is already recharged now we dont know anything Total disappointment

Treebo Adin Residence near Chennai Trade Centre is an excellent choice for budget travelers. The rooms are clean, amenities are well-maintained, the staff is polite, and the breakfast is decent. Perfect for business trips!

Our stay at Treebo Adin Residence Chennai was disappointing. The geyser and TV were non-functional upon check-in, and despite repeated follow-ups, they weren't fixed for two days. The room had cockroaches and mosquitoes. Breakfast was limited to a fixed menu, with no prior communication about options. Breakfast timings were 8 am to 10 am but the staff didn't bother to serve breakfast till 8:45 am despite repeated requests. Edit: Some issues were resolved on the third day after repeated calls to Treebo Hotels' management, but the overall experience was far below expectations. It is merely a guest house and not a Hotel. It is being run inside a residential area. Our dilemma didn't end here. The hotel refused to provide a Tax Invoice for the stay at the time check-out. Once again we had to chase Treebo Hotels Management to get an invoice.
