Neighbour Inn - Near Chennai Trade Centre & Miot Hospital

2/10 1. I checked in at 3 AM, and at that time no water was available. 2. No breakfast was available at 7 3. Rooms are not clean, and a bad smell was everywhere in room While booking pics are good, but don't trust it and bycott this place

Neat, clean and well kept hotel. Absolutely perfect for business or budget family travellers. Mr. Clifton the manager is most professional and responsive. Couldn't have expected a better experience. Inclusive of a yummy south Indian breakfast. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Chennai.

My friend and I had stayed here for 2 days and my review regarding the stay in this hotel is completely negative. . . **Book this hotel only if you have no other options left!** The 2 bed room they provided were covered with dust and the water from the tap tasted so bad that we couldn't even use it to brush our teeth. We then had to use bottled water for that, which they only provided 1L per room per day, really pathetic service. The complimentary breakfast too was not upto mark. Hygiene and cleanliness practice in the dining room was not good. Hoping they would improve on these aspects in future at least.. P.s: All the 5 star review seems to be paid -_-

Worst place to stay 1. Very difficult path to reach the hotel 2. They don't have in-house facility for breakfast. Breakfast is not served in the morning till 8:30am. I have lane hotel without breakfast every day. 3. Corridors are smelly. 4. Few Lights were not working, fan was with one does only. AC was also faulty. 5. Lot of noise coming out of geyser.

The triple room is spacious.The room is very neat and they clean the room everyday.The staffs behaviour is humble. Location is near to Chennai trade centre. We had a comfortable and a happy stay.

Very poor in terms of all amenities. Room size is ok for a single person stay. I have paid 2600 for this low class lodge setup. Bad smelling toilets with unclean walls and touching areas. Unhygienic cloths, towels and pillows. Dont go their evethough you dont have any other options.
