Very bad experience, no cleaned rooms. No service. But cost only very high.

Geyser didn't work, ac was dripping. Primarily place focused for bar sales. In reception, half of time non will be there, no proper response.

Hotel room is good but service is not satisfactory. Elevator is manual and not doing maintenance for lift. Most of the time lift gate will be open due to manual elevator. Marriage hall and conference hall is available. Basement Bar is available and ground floor restaurant is there. So no need to go outside for food and drinks. Location of hotel is good, market, temple, park, bus stop everything is walkable distance. Parking facilities also available. Staffs are also very good.

It was a mixed experience. Got room quickly but fan got off again and again so they change our room. Room was good, neat and clean. Hygenic place to stay. Matters was comfortable. Staff and owner was friendly and well behaved. Service was good. They arranged auto for us. Pure vegetarian restaurant is also there. recommended

A multiple business complex. Lodging with minimum number of rooms. Facilities are not upto standard but ok for budget people. Restaurant is available in this building. Vegetarian hotel with nice quality. Parking is available along the highway.

At first, security didn't allow to park the car in car park as we were going to the bar and after arguing, we managed to park there with a note from security saying that we have to be back within an hour. Second, they charge us 320rs for a beer which costs us 160rs outside, that's fair. My point here is, they kept aircon at 30 degrees(as informed by service staff) , when I asked service staff, he said as per govt norms we follow this. But its not the case, as per govt norms its 22-24degrees. Actually, they switched on the ac only when we asked for. I suggest to provide WiFi connection as the bar in basement doesn't get any network signal. Also train your staffs professionally.

The bar is good and cost effective. The complementary dishes are okay. The chillness of the beer is also quite good. Amstel beer is available too. I've ordered chicken lollipop and the taste is also good. Overall a good bar. Smoking zone is not available.

Do not book rooms in this hotel. They are fraud. They speak very politely until you check-in. I asked a room for 26 hours. They said, it is ok, we will charge only for 1 day and you can check out after 26 hours, after 12 hours from my check-in, they called me and said you should pay for 2 days, 1 day covers only 24 hours. I asked you promised before my check-in. They speak rudely, no we didn't promise anything, see the rules of the hotel. I said if you talk like this I cannot book my rooms here in future. They said "There is no loss if you do not come to my hotel, we have others" This is how they are doing their business. Fraud fellows. AC also didn't work properly. Namakkal has better hotels than this hotel. Please do not waste your time with these idiots. My checkout time (24 hours) 6AM. They called me at 4AM. They do not have manners. They disturbed my sleep time too.
