Worst service, bed full of bed bugs, after complaining they are saying bed bugs would have bitten you before entering the hotel premises. Worst and vulgar behaviour of staff

Had stayed for 3 nights during our stay in Namakkal and would say the experience was pretty bad. The staff at reception is not so professional and did check out on the first day without even asking. The toiletries provided for AC room was one small soap that's it, not even towels. The blankets provided were worst I have ever seen anywhere. They were torn and so much old. Overall experience wasn't so good. There were cobbles web everywhere and should be cleaned regularly.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Devi Annapoorna. Here are the main issues I encountered: The service was consistently bad throughout my stay. Staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were often unavailable. The staff exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior. They were not accommodating or friendly, making the stay unpleasant. The hotel did not provide the basic facilities one would expect. Many advertised amenities were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The water quality was terrible. It smelled bad and appeared unclean, which was a significant concern for health and hygiene. Overall, my experience at Devi Annapoorna was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A decent South Indian meal (unlimited veg thali) for 80 rupees was quite good. Service was excellent. Hygiene in the dining area was okay, but the restrooms were bad. Ambience was old fashioned and good. Am visiting this place after 30 years. A lot has changed. Of course, there are quite a few people who have been here for over 30 years. The ambience did remind me of old times. I didn't get a chance to try the lodging or the bar, though.

Rooms are very bad and full of scammers Asking 800rs for one vodka(quarter) actual price is 290.they even justifying that unanimous price.

It is a good place in Namakkal, but the hotel has to improve on service part.

It's a 3 star hotel, the location of the hotel is near to the Namakkal bus stop,you need to book the room in advance if you want to stay in this hotel. There is a restaurant attached to this hotel. The staff in the restaurant are kind and very friendly. It costed me around 500 per day, which comparatively is cheap in the local area

This review is for the restaurant and not for the lodge. The restaurant is slightly hidden from the main road. Only people who have visited this place before will know that this restaurant exists. I mostly judge about the hygiene and the quality of the place with the help of the toilets or the washroom. I understand this might not be reliable always but it turns out to be correct most of the time. Likewise, the toilets were well maintained. There was not much crowd when we entered the restaurant. I had stepped in at around 7 AM. I have been here once and I do not remember the taste of the food. It has been at least 3-4 years since my last visit here. I was also not into writing reviews. I asked for a dosa and a cup of filter coffee. Nothing was exceptional. I found the taste of the dosa and the accompaniments to be of above average. The service was really quick and I have no other complaints. I might visit here only if I do not have an option when in Namakkal. Good luck!
