Saravana Lodge - Budget Hotel in Namakkal

The worst lodge ever. It wasn't neat at all, way too dirty. The dustbin wasn't washed, it had cockroaches around. The bed was bad with the hairs and the room smelled so bad with a smoke smell. The fan is of no use, it runs but the air goes upwards. Don't know what kinda fan these guys are using. The restroom was so bad that you don't feel like using it. And the room was very small for which they charged 1700 for an ac.. the besheet was dirty with the stains and its way too pricey for such a disgusting lodge and wasn't worth it at all for even 100 rs .I would suggest everyone to not even think of coming here.. it was our emergency stay and our bad fate to stay here .

The rooms are good but have some high rate as compared to others in the same rooms and looks.

When we went we had only A/C room as option. Non A/C for 2 members -700 for 12 hours. For A/C for 2 members-1000 for 12 hours. In our room blanket was not there And butt hose was having problem Due to these I rate less. Other than this everything was good.

This is a great place for stay located very to Namakkal Bus stop. I stayed here for 4 days. The room was very neat and clean and the room service was also great..!! This particular lodge has not partnered with Oyo or any online room booking sites...they have their own website where we can get all the contact details and pricing details..!! I chose AC room and it was worth the price and I enjoyed the stay...!!

Worst customer service, reception will be empty always... checkin and checkout, the customer/guest need to run around to find the room or lodge guys..No parking.. for family stay, suggested to keep away from this property. Room images and type will be totally different from actual. If we tell about mismatch of room type what we booked (paid), they will tell this is what we have. Atleast 3-4 calls (online booking) to get one lodge guy to respond..Totally disappointed stay experience.

Visited to dine at A M Biriyani Biriyani and grilled chicken taste was standard. Onion raita and the salna for Biriyani was not ok. In the aspect of Ambience the restaurant yet to improve like cleanliness and servers food handling. If cards are accepted, customers would love to visit the place regularly.

Worst room. Very rude owner. Not recommended

Good lodge. Rate are quite high for their rooms.. Need to improve the service
