Nala Hotels

One has to stay here because it is the only option in Namakkal. Nala hotel has a very colonial feel. Spread over a large land area, the hotel resembles a colonial bunglow. The lobby gives a feel of those yester-year hotels which once was glorious. The rooms were just alright. The air-con is run down, bath room taps, sink and the shower area are age old and stained. There is some construction going on and work began as early as 6 am. The debris and cement stains were all over the window. Complimentary breakfast is a let down- do not eat here.

Disappointing and Extremely Unhygienic I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards--dirty floors, stained bed linens, and an overall musty smell in the room. The bathroom was especially unhygienic, with mold in the corners and a clogged drain. To make matters worse, the common areas were equally unkempt, with dust and debris everywhere. It's clear that maintenance is not a priority here. For the price paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness, but this was far from it. Definitely would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. Otherwise, the staffs here are good.

The services that render to us during our short stay are excellent which our stay pleasant. All staffs are very friendly and went extra miles to help even if it is beyond their duties. The food is very tasty and very hygiene. I will recommend your hotels to my friends who might visit to Namakkal.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel. We have been coming to this hotel every year we come to India it has been good every time except now. The price and the rooms are very bad. They charge you extra for more people even though you are only staying there for four hours. The staff was not welcoming and was quite mean. Once we got the room, the lights aren't connected properly, if you turn one light off the fan and the charging outlets stop working. There are stains on the towels and the sinks and bathtubs aren't cleaned properly. There is a smoke smell when you come into the room, and there are bugs. This room is not worth the price AT ALL. We are not happy about this stay at all and will no longer be coming here. After over 10 years of coming to this hotel WE ARE NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Don't come here 100% DONT recommend.

With the ambience this hotel somewhat attracts me. Clouds passing over the hills behind the hotel was a nice view to see through the room window. Nice place and the breakfast served was also good. Good interiors. Suggest keep a closed dustbin inside the room and the WC commode rear and the sides need to be cleaned properly. Fom the shower space when you see with the black trail of marks was not looking good. The open lawn in the front is a good area for a small walk. Had a nice time and enjoyed the stay although it was short. Rooms are spacious for a family.

The naan was sooper soft and very tasty we had been a year ago there now it's our favorite as always we just want more options for vegetarians too the menu has to be updated

Good Stay The hotel is in a convenient location with good infrastructure. Located near Namakkal Anjaneyar Temple. The front desk staff is excellent with good interpersonal skills. We stayed in this hotel on my official visit. Wide range of property for parking the vehicles neatly maintained and courteous staff. At the entrance, they welcome with plain water or vetti ver water. They are sanitizing the places every often. Rooms are very neat and clean, and well maintained. Lovely and courteous staff. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds and facilities. Equipped with all facilities, including sanitizer bottle, newspaper. The restaurant has a wide variety of food. Restaurant staff are also good. The breakfast has a good spread. Great food. I still remember the crispy dosa straight from the kitchen. They served a tasty unlimited full meal with poori, fruit salad, ice cream, and beeda for lunch. It's a lovely place to break the journey. We would have even stayed here for more days but have to get home :) thanks you, team, for a super comfortable stay. Amazing Food In the last week we had a chance to visit their restaurant on the ground floor by name Manas. we had South indian thali all the tree times. Needless to say, it was amazing all the time. Th variety, taste and service, nothing to complain about. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful lunch. Thank you to the entire team

I've had a bit of a mixed experience at Nala Hotel. On one hand, I really enjoyed the pleasant ambience and the delicious food. However, there were a couple of issues that stood out to me. Firstly, I was concerned about the working conditions for the reception staff. It seemed that they didn't have anywhere to sit, and they were standing 24/7. This can lead to physical discomfort and fatigue, which might negatively affect their performance and attentiveness towards guests. Secondly, I noticed that the 3rd bed provided was not of good quality. There was no foldable bed available in the room. This could be a significant issue for guests traveling in groups or families, as a comfortable sleeping arrangement is crucial for a restful stay. Foldable beds are commonly found in hotels, so their absence might be unexpected for some guests. Hope these points are read and will be acted by the management
