Very old hotel. Rooms are very old. But the ac, TV and all working fine. Suitable for business travelers. Good service. Good comfortable cot.

One of the worst hotel ever seen in all over Tamilnadu. Receptionist worst behaviour while we asking for bill after your checkout in the month.Especially receptionist Sathish worst ever.He said Don't book room again in this hotel.I don't know he is the owner or anyone else.Owner of the hotel must look out in this otherwise its not a way to right.

Gud hotel to stay in namakkal for a reasonable tariff and service also very gud

Room was clean, bathroom was also clean and in good condition. Service by the staff was really good. But the bedsheets were not completely clean. The bedsheets and towels had a lot of stains and didn't feel clean. Location was also good, right on the Salem namakkal road but many buses only stop on park road or near green park.

The Hotel is built so big,but the staff services are pathetic.The owner of this property has to train the staff to behave courteously to the customers,else it is going to have a big fall.Although the hotel is located in the prime location.Security staff is really a big concern. We had a very bad experience in the hotel,the hotel watch man/security staff put us in a very tight situation,so as to move our car so another can take out his,but did not have any patience and was literally shouting and ordering us to remove. We wanted to have breakfast in their hotel restaurant,but due to the bad behavior of the watch-man,we went to A2B which is just 2 mins on the same road and enjoyed our breakfast,This hotel restaurant lost our business.

Sheets are stained, after long travel no patience to find another hotel, decided to go for one night. Booked Air-conditioned rooms online, after 30 minutes waiting, they showed rooms and got the ID proof etc, I asked if there are any problems, are AC good. Then they told of there is no working AC in most rooms and I can take the room without AC or cancel the booking. Spent one hour on cancelation. Another one hour on hunting rooms to stay, over all 3 hours of reduced sleep due to fraudulent management. Worst hotel, don't waste money there.
