Hotel O Royal Residency

I like to give 0 star Bcoz I booked hotel from online,but I visited directly they said u are booked bt we have no rooms. I didn't get proper information from hotel side. I lost my amount So don't book this hotel.Its my request to customers. Worst.... Worst.... Worst.... This is my rating

Service given by the local were awesome... I am not happy with the management of no landline and Strict 12 to 12 check in..

Hi Don't believe the photos in the website The room given to be had no TV, no AC remote and no menu card The kitchen is pathetic and very bad in hygiene. Boiled rice is kept open for several hours.

Worst place to stay. I suspect something is wrong with the hotel.

At first they denied the rooms, saying booking amount is low. had to wait at reception for half an hour to get the thing sorted out. very pathetic service, dirty linens, no elevator, no Bell boy to assist your luggage. rude staff. no hotwater in the bathroom. no intercom, broken switches..!! hotel situated in a gully, parking is bit far from the hotel, so you have to Park and carry your luggage all the way to hotel. Funny part is that this property also belongs to Costal residency namakkal. Stayed: Jun 2023 | Classic
