ESKAY RESIDENCY

Room is very spacious and good reception guy. few things needs to be properly managed. No proper pillow covers. It's torn and not neat. No intercom or room service was available. Broken cupords needs to be fixed.

Wish I could rate zero star for this Hotel. I will list the problems I faced with this hotel. 1. No normal drinking water available in hotel. Guests has to either buy a packaged drinking water from the counter or thirst to death. 2. TVs won't work on smaller double rooms, but they will work only on triple rooms (I have booked 2 triple and 2 double rooms, so I can say this with confidence). when we call the reception for help to fix the TV they just don't care. 3. AC is good in triple rooms, we have a dedicated AC in these rooms. ACs in double rooms is a night mare, it's centralized and no option to control the temperature. The room didn't cool up even after running the AC for whole night. 4. No WiFi available. Ask the receptionist and he will give a surprising answer that WiFi won't work in 2nd and 3rd floor. They won't say this when you book the room. Obviously ground floor is a non functioning restaurant and first floor is for party hall. So we get rooms only from 2nd floor. 5. No covered car parking, we have to park our cars in road side. - Not a big con but I feel it's a good to have a parking. Some of the positive points: 1. Neat rooms and neat bathrooms. 2. Flexible with checkout time. We booked 12PM to 12PM but we checked in so late at midnight by 2AM. Even during checkout the receptionist atleast adjusted and gave a 1 hour complimentary time, so we checked out by 1PM without paying extra money which is better than most hotels in cities 3. Knock up the hotel door by 2AM, the receptionist opens the door for check-in and this is surprisingly good point. 4. Kind of tired and Feeling sleepy at 2AM, and we didn't have enough gas to sign all check in forms, the receptionist handed keys and asked just 1 of us to wait, sign and get the documents done, which is nice. But these points cannot dominate the amenities promised and amenities provided. Still zero star for the hotel is meaningful.

I was attending a marriage function and they alloted my rooms at esskay residency for the night stay. I was given with a double cot bedroom with has a king size bed. The size of the room is very small where only one person can walk freely. The A/C doesn't has a remote to operate. The bedsheets are worse. The heater in my room was not working so i called both reception and room service through the telephone. But i didn't get any response from them. I went down to reception and complained about the heater. He said that nothing can be done and asked me to use the heater at the public bathroom at 4th floor. I asked for the wifi password but he said that wifi is not at all working. I only thing i faced here is Problems. Never seen a worst residency in my life

A decent budget hotel with neat and tidy rooms. It doesn't have a 24/7 restaurant, but there are options nearby. This hotel does not have a parking facility. Had to park on the road.

Very nice hotel with very spacious and fully furnished rooms... Room service is good... Hotel staffs will make the stay pleasant with their good attitude and professionalism...

The rooms are good and the ambience too! Not a great one but a good one ! No parking space available!

Rooms are good but Some rooms are really small.. please check the room before u book.. food is also good, but there was a delay in room service each time

Good furnished and maintained room. Rooms are little bit costly. Restaurant offer tasty meals.
