Comfort Inn

Pathetic experience! Stayed at UnComfort Inn (aptly named, as comfort is the last thing you'll find here). The room was swarming with mosquitoes and ants, making sleep impossible. To make it worse, they don't even provide repellents. The bathroom? Far from decent. And while the location near Namakkal main is convenient, that's the only redeeming factor. Now for the nightmare: nothing in this place is fixed properly. A bathroom cloth hanger was oddly placed outside the room, the TV doesn't work, the fan controller is dysfunctional, and the AC has a mind of its own. Worst of all, the main sliding gate came crashing down when I tried to close it. Imagine if someone--especially a child--had been standing there! Luckily, no one was hurt, but the potential danger is shocking. My car was parked inside (only space for one car), and it could have been seriously damaged. The staff was unhelpful. When I asked for assistance with the gate, they blamed me for the issue and claimed they couldn't help because the "room guy's back wasn't good." My colleague and I had to lift the entire gate ourselves and somehow managed to fix it. This place is an absolute disaster. Stay far, far away!

The location of Comfort Inn was very hard to find. But parking lot is available inside building. Bedsheets in rooms weren't hygienic. Restroom too wasn't hygienic but hot water for bath was available. AC and fan both are available. Overall nice place for one or two days stay.

Just ok not that much value what you are paying the money... Hotel need to improve more like a service and clean, behavior and all... No proper service. Expecting more tips.. Staffs are working if you give tips otherwise they ill ignoring you. I don't know why they charge rent for room.....

Room was nice, bathroom locks are not working, not suitable for family, for bachelor it is good place, AC are not in good condition,but it will work.there no other room service were provided.

It was really nice place good for both two people and for four people. They provide extra mattresses too when asked for. Has solar hot water and parking.

Situated very close to Namakkal Anjaneyar temple, this hotel is placed in a calm area. From the hotel you get a good view of the Namakkal fort. All shopping areas are close by. Parking only for two cars.

Reasonably clean room. good service. Very close to airport
