Coastal Grand Royal Residency

Everyone who have posted positive reviews recently have no idea what to expect from a good hotel. This one misses even basic hygiene. The restroom fittings are broken. Water leaks from the toilet. The bedsheets were soiled when we checked in. The room is full of cob webs. This would be the last place anyone must choose in namakkal.

Very good room's staffs are very humble and soft........tasty food are provided quality and quantity was very good ...rooms are very comfortable to stay...nice hotel to stay

When you book it online be careful the name is different.. Otherwise rooms are nicer and location is good

We paid 5K for two rooms , 7 people including two kids. We mostly booked for the pool which we could not use, water was green. A lot of small defects for the price we paid, for example only one towel in the room, no boiler, no shower head (only bucket)... it looks nice on google but it needs a huge maintenance effort to look the same in reality.

Dear friends kind request pls don't book this hotel,Really worst experience I ever seen ( petrol thief (pettrool tiruttnnn) ) AVAILABLE ON THIS HOTEL ROYAL RESISDENCY NAMAKKAL) I have booked room through oyo & I paid full amount on oyo rs 850/-but while visiting the hotel,Hotel management asked money extra 500 rs then after a long conversation, they asked me to cancel the booking @ late night I came to the hotel around 10.20 and check out time is morning 6 am I complaint to oyo talk to the hotel management and said you paid full amount but hotel management is asking extra amount, so you desided to pay extra or cancel room I ask to oyo@ the late night where I will stay (pls don't book this hotel through direct or oyo) after that i paid extra amount also, while check in room is not clean,some used bed hair was in bed, blanket dirty & pillows also dirty, dirty bed, room not cleaned, so I ask about hotel management regarding this to change room, but they said can't change room,hotel management guy attitude was rude & worts, I had no choice @ late night so i decide to stay and i ask hotel manager regarding bike parking they said hotel Royal residency (namakkal) parking is available opp to the hotel one small cut u can park your bike I asked bike safety they said everything is fine, so i deside to park the bike on hotel parking area, on morning @ 6 am i check out and visted to parking area & started my bike but bike not started I check the bike, spark plug after that I check petrol on tank petrol empty suddely I find out my bike petrol tube disconnected and more than 7 litters petrol stolen, bike petrol empty on main and reserve regarding this 1st i complain the hotel management and hotel manager came and check the bike and accept complaint, and said you need to put a petrol key like that he said and went to hotel after that, I register complain to oyo they simply said talk to management, we can rise complain only, after that we can't help you oyo team said, I didn't get any solution from oyo and hotel management, I took my bike to petrol bunk on walking and put petrol, & went to the hotel management again,I said i was work on company so i need to submit petrol bills, kindly check petrol bills yesterday night 9:50 pm I put petrol rs 500 on my bike after that i came here only date time every thing was on the petrol bunk pump bill & today I walk and put petrol that bill also I showed to the manager , after that manager asked to the management staffs regarding the petrol stolen and said to me every time while parking bike this is happening for few customers , once again he said you need put a petrol key on & off, for your bike safety, you need to keep your bike safe,we are not response, like that he said, then I complaint so many times to oyo but no response after a half a day conversation with oyo and hotel management I came to a conclusion oyo won't support, I have confirm that hotel management stafs stolen the petrol due to the previous night conversation regarding extra amount , once again I m telling you friends pls don't go to this hotel or els enter this hotel at your own risk, see this long message I m typing na pls understand how I loss my money, petrol, half a day of time, kindly book good hotels & stay happly thank you

Rooms are not that good very less maintained we booked a room through Oyo for 750rs then when we reached there they were asking 1500rs. We had no other option since it was too late. Door locks are not working. NO WIFI AVAILABLE. NO TV also.
