BIG NO!!!! The lodge experience was extremely bad. Pathetic staff, pathetic rooms. No service. Unclean dirty beds and rooms. Nothing worth spending your money unless you have no choice but to bear this.

The ambience is good enough for the price and the people work here are very friendly and nice.

One of the staff behaviour was not good .after check in he call from his number asking money from the customer for his personal issue and said that he will return it by very next day when we are check out . Also evening he called for some more money that time we tried to excuse from it but he never leave us and call several time and demand for money and he told that he will surely return money on checkout time but that time he is not there and we try to call him his phne is also switched off.due to this we have to wait for extra one hour for our money back .very very cheap behaviour.

Average level lodge. We can't say this a hotel as this don't serve any food. You can easily get public vehicle to reach the lodge and the location is walkable distance from main road. Price is affordable. For a non-ac double bed, it comes like 650/- day. Some problems we faced like -> No free drinking water, washroom door lock broken, hot water not always coming for bath, sometimes they turn off the electricity and you have to tell them to start.

Google map location wrong. Car parking not available. Hotel and small shops are not available. Very small street located

The place is located not very far from the railway station (Nagercoil). The room was fine and we can get cool drinking water here. The AC in our room was faulty but managed to keep the room cool enough. There's no lift here so it can be difficult for older people. Apart from this, we don't even get soap here for free, it is additionally chargeable. Overall, it is okay but don't expect too much.

I am visited Nagercoil outlet and brought refrigerator and mobile phone, The quality and branded products very Excellent service given by staff members especially Mr.Muthukumar, Mr. Murugesh & Mr. Karan. Service was from the entrance to till leave the shop well support my enquiry and all !!!! Great customer support and delivery with installation . I am very happy. Good ! Especially thanks to the whole team and all. I am very satisfied.
