We booked this hotel after hearing that it is one of the better hotels in Nagercoil. However, it was quite average in terms of maintenance and general upkeep. It is also located in a crowded area with narrow roads around but close to shops and just a few kilometers from the railway station. The staff are polite and helpful but not well trained. Overall, one can classify it as a 2.5-star hotel.

Very near to vadachery bus stop. Great place to stay for family or solo. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. Breakfast was included but limited options were there. Food tasts not that good. Service was really good though. But rooms were not soundproof. Night all outside sounds you can hear and it could be very disturbing. Ample space for parking also available. Overall good place to stay.

The hotel has several pluses. The staff is helpful. The mattress is comfortable. It is located near the centerbof town and the restaurant is nice. The lighting level is low and I had to ask for a table lamp for my reading. The furniture and fixtures are a little below par for the tariff in Nagercoil. The hotel also runs with skeletal and very young staff. Often plates are left for many hours on the corridors even after flagging the issue to the front desk.

Situated in a central location in the town. Service staff extremely helpful especially in the Olive Inn restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable. TV in the room had flickering issue and some basic maintenance in rooms are due. Overall pleasant stay

Decent place for a short stay or transit . located in a very busy junction . Room was comfortable . Staff , pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was wholesome . The bath towel provided , though clean, was torn ( worn out patch) , can be more thoughtful .

Service was good. Rooms were big and comfortable. Front desk was helpful. Toilets were clean. Overall a good place to stay with family
