The staff is very helpful, the receptionist is very sweet the rooms are okay all channels come on tv.NICE

Poorly maintained rooms. Everything in the room is dirty including the towels

Bathroom showed it's a old building. No hotwater at all times as they run on solar. During rainy times only bucket hot water on request .Staffs were too good. All the remots of TV and a/c doesn't hv sensor which is an irritating factor. Can be termed as hotel but not residency. No hotwater kettle in room

Stayed one night. Service is good. Don't have a restaurant, but there are lot of options available nearby

Location wise the hotel is good. The bedlinen used in rooms were in a very bad condition and I really doubt there were mites in bed as I have been feeling itchy sensations in my skin throughout the night. It was shown as a hotel with three star classification in google as well as makemytrip, but I really doubt that (either it's wrongly shown/ manipulated/ about to expire classification). I made my booking through makemytrip trusting the images they have shared and it's very far from reality!

BathRoom leakage water Ac not cooling

Stayed 1 night at the residency. Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept and had Good air-conditioning.Rooms had good lighting. Cons: The hallways of the floor I stayed at had bad lighting( they fixed it immediately) and the water is slightly salty. I can't review the food as I had an appointment for food elsewhere.

Sudden Plan supposed to find the place for a day.. I called the reception they immediately responded my query.. They have 3types of room 1. Standard AC 2. Executive With bath tub 3. Suite ideal for family 4 members They are providing complementary home made breakfast with one mineral water. Along with they are providing basic toiletries. No idea about room service.. This property is ideal for short stay.. Budget friendly.
