JS Homestay

It's good for the money you pay but would have been better with more clean rooms and little more bigger bathrooms.Bathrooms should have been groomed and dusted before the guest arrival. Since there isn't gycier for into both room, I no problems for hot water.The staffs are good and cooperative and responsive. Since it's in the core city, would not face much problems for food as there are good hotel and other options.

It's one of the worst hotel I have ever seen the manager jagadeesh is also not a good guy... We went as group of 30 members and had the worst experience.... manager is cunning person we booked 10 rooms and that guy didn't give us rooms instead he gave us some suffocating place which didn't even smell good He charged 500/- per person for 2 night Per person.... While in other good And good hotels they charged 500/- for a room of 3!!.. Literally it's waste of money He the manager ruined our 1st January 2018.. When we came to his hotel at 2:00 am..... He said that he didn't have rooms that's why he gave like that Later when we said we will check out at any cost he said he has rooms.. Such a person is he..... Like seriously........... And the house was entirely smelling like pork.... It was bad experience And his home stay looked like a haunted house..... But here he was greedy.... We were supposed to pay 25,000/- I don't know for what!!!!!!!! We lost 13,000/- to him for doing nothing!!!!... We suffered a heavy loss on place not even worth anything!!!!..... So I strongly recommend please go for other hotels near by but please don't waste money in this...... Please ...I advice..... There are far better hotels than this.... Useless. Waste of money place.....

This is not a hotel. This is a place which is very unhygienic, smelly and have uneven room structure with no cleaniness. This is the pathetic places I have ever seen. 1. When we reached there, no air conditioned rooms were available, even after informing them in advance. 2. The places was on the heavy traffic road and noises were disturbing inside the rooms also. 3. There were broken cotton beds in rooms instead of quality mattreses. 4. There were very bad smells in the rooms. 5. Bathrooms were so tiny that you can wash your hands simultaneously while doing poo., I mean there is no shower facility. They have kept an ugly, bad bucket in tje bathroom that no body wants to touch. 6. There were so big mosquitoes that we decided not to stay in the hotel. 7. On call, they told that there was a seperate parking. But, the only parking was on the roadside in a heavy traffic area. 8. We had to search a different hotel because We got cheated by hotel by getting the fake review and fake comments on booking rooms.

Our stay in JS Home Stay was very comfortable. The hospitality extended by the staff and the Owner was very good. As the place is centrally located, it is quite convenient for availing food and transportation facilities which are in close vicinity. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. Thank You.

Bearing no similarity to the photo supplied to Agoda, with no lit up signage, this place was difficult to find. It took a phone call from the ancient porter to summon the owner, Jegadish. I was shown the 'Deluxe Double' room I had booked, which contained two separate single mattresses, one placed on a brick-and-tile bench so, on a basic technicality, a twin room. I pointed out this distinction; all I got was a shrug. I was offered a room with a 'big bed', which was a double bed frame with two single mattresses in situ, and a torn double bedsheet barely covering the two. Three pillows graced the bed, the stains on two pillow cases daring me to look inside - I wish I hadn't.||Having arrived 22:30 hours so in no position to argue. I accepted the room with the 'big bed', and the cost went from the Agoda-quoted 2310 rupees to a arbitrary 3000 ($AU60), cash. No receipt was offered. I was handed a small cake of soap and a single bed sheet.|| The rooms 'amenities' comprised one power point with a double adapter; a locked wardrobe; a noisy, eccentric ceiling fan; thin curtains on two windows; a low chair and bedside table; and an ancient television stand and a CR TV with cable modem, both plugged into the lone power point. The bed took up most of the room space, so sidling between it and the luggage was the only option. The intricately carved bedhead was ingrained with dust and cobwebs and had only been wiped over (and not recently).||The bathroom was tiny, but typical of the most basic wet-rooms in out-of-the-way cheap Asian hotels. The hot water heater did not work - the only warm water was that in the pipes warmed by the afternoon sun on the bathroom. There were four taps, excluding the shower, in this tiny space. There were no towels to be had; in lieu I was given a single sheet to use. Grime was palpable underfoot, unrelieved - indeed exacerbated - by whatever it was that served as a bathmat.||There was no house-keeping, just the owner, Jegadish; a porter-cum-security guard; and a receptionist / booking agent, a trio of unconcerned geriatrics. No woman graced the place.||I suggest JS Home Stay be avoided, and that booking sites review having it on their books. I found more salubrious and cheaper options with air con that aren't listed on such sites.

The owner's approach was good, can't expect anything more than mediocre. Located in the heart of town, but room's condition has to be improved (a lot). Okiesh for a night stay when exausted.

Horrible place to stay. Absolutely no cleanliness. Owner is only there to collect the money but does not ensure the cleanliness of room or bathroom. We have to catch hold of the cleaner and get the room cleaned. Would not recommend to any one.

Stinky rooms. Mosquitoes menace. Room not cleaned though they charged for 3 days. Checked In at 6 am.As their check out time is 12 noon, charged one day tariff. 3rd checked out 8 pm. Again charged full day for just 8 hours. Inflexible on tariff charges.
