Hotel VLR Residency

There was no hot water basic amenities like paste soap was not given towel was dirty other wise ok .I paid 2400rs for single occupancy.for the facility provided its too costly complimentary break fast shoul be given. For this price poneer grand palace is far far better.

Like: Hotel is located in a convenient place where we can access nearby Vegetarian hotel Arya Bhavan, super market & fruits shop. Things to improve: - Restroom in room is very small than it appears in photo. But it was clean. - The room floor should be mopped well. It is sticky. This is the general problem in most of the hotels. After washing your foot in bathroom, you step on the room floor again and go back to the toilet. You will see dirt in toilet wet floor. Don't know how house keeping is mopping the floor. - I booked the room for two days which is based on 24 hours booking. While booking, I requested for extra waiting time on the day of leaving. The front desk person said, 'you can come. we will see later'. Thought that they will adjust for 1 or 2 hours. On day 2, they said 'you have to vacate as per policy only'. Anyway they gave mercy time for 45 minutes. I definitely understand every hotel has it's own policy. But it should be clearly communicated to the guests well in advance. So that one will not have any hope and will do necessary arrangements.

One of my known person stay in VLR was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, there was no hot water in the taps, turning my showers into icy ordeals. It was an uncomfortable situation that made the stay far from enjoyable. Adding insult to injury, the hotel had an absurd policy of demanding an 80 percent advance payment before allowing guests to check in. This struck me as not only excessive but also highly inconvenient. It felt like they were more interested in securing their payment than ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay for their guests. The lack of hot water and the hefty advance payment requirement created an overall negative experience. The accommodation failed to meet basic expectations, and the financial demands were both unexpected and unreasonable. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this place to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

This place has good ambience. Rooms are clean and spacious. The temp of room is good although it may get cold at some times. The restaurant available over there is great. The food tastes great. Prices for the food are decent same as any restaurent like sea shell. It has hot water available. So, that's a plus. Room service is good. The marriage hall is decent but the dining hall is small. It may cause some traffic during functions. It has parking. Also multiple exits are available in case of emergency.

We stayed there on the NEW YEAR's eve and had a great time with my whole family. The pool was maintained and was private, as in when 1 family is using the pool, it was only the time for that particular family. Also the room was clean and comfy.Ram helped us with the booking and checkout and the Caretaker Nelson uncle was so kind and helpful throughout the stay. We will surely visit more often . Thank you team.

Just went to an engagement function so I am rating only the event hall. Hall is good to conduct small functions but dining area is very small. Hall is very neat and clean.

Did a bulk booking of 8 Rooms for 2 days. Rooms are spacious facilities are good. Was not provided car parking for both the days. Cars were parked only on the road. Had an emergency and couldn't get doctor on call service as promised. People at reception not bothered to listen the complaints. Giving 1 star due to poor management and hospitality. Food from the restaurant was delivered very late. Complimentary breakfast was not provided as promised.

It was really good to see this place and aas my first time when i was visited and it create a really different feeling about it and I'll suggest it over a over night stay at this hotel and also u can get a delicious foods from here and also u can opt for outer foods too as the city having other restaurants for a home delivery of foods. And the interior was good..... Overa i like this place and this 4 star is due to some of my personal issues which i face in that hotel. And also everyone deserve improvement and in coming day it can be a great one... That time even i ll give him 5 star.
