Hotel Vashanth Krishna

Prime spot hotel! Stayed on 13th and 14th November 2024 to attend a wedding. Frequent power shutdown with fluctuations so got disturbed during sleep at night. Room Key holder socket was making too much sound while power cut. Early morning 5.30am lift was not working. We used stairs to get down. Connecting First floor to Ground floor stairs also difficult to find. Complimentary breakfast is good.. Valet parking is good.

Excellent service by the reception staff any time I called them. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are neat and clean. Spacious enough. Hotel is centrally located as well.

I stayed here with my family for the last night of my Kanyakumari holiday as my train was early in the morning from Nagercoil and I was reluctant to travel in the dark from Kanyakumari as the roads are not properly lit and most part of the road is bad. I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, having read few reviews on Google but I was happy to see the room I had got, having had not so good experience in Kanyakumari hotels. This hotel provided me with a clean room, nice clean queen bed and anytime hot water facility. Though I had booked the room for 2 adults and two children, extra bed for my 10 year old was not provided (and may be it was not charged either, which i assumed was the case the moment I entered a child of that age at the time of booking). The location of the hotel is in the midst of Nagercoil where shopping for anything and everthing is walking distance and it is even convenient to get an autorickshaw. As I had to checkout early morning, I did not pick the breakfast option and so I cannot comment about it. We had our dinner at some nearby restaurant as there were plenty of options. Next door is the Pothys shopping store and next to that is a wonderful icecream shop serving the most amazing and yummy icecreams with the name it and you will find it flavor( you must try it, trust me you will end up eating atleast 3 ). The hotel directed me to a good cab service, which I contacted to travel to the Thiruparappu Waterfalls. They did not overcharge for the travel, like the rickshaws and cabs in Kanyakumari.

Average hotel. But don't get misled by the owner posted pics in Google The rooms are average, not well maintained. Bed sheets appeared soiled, not properly washed. Bathroom was below average.

Place is located in the heart of Nagercoil. You can find any shop and restaurant in walkable distance. Also tourist spots are near by. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only drawback was we went in summer and AC was not working properly in our room.. but once we told reception, they immediately switched us to a different room and there the AC was working good.. the staff and the watchman were kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent stay in Nagercoil.

It's a cosy place but dark. less ventilated rooms. Corridors and rooms are maintained neat but bathrooms may be given more attention. No disturbance and easy access. Restaurant is not performing good to attract inmates.
