Hotel Ramraj Regency

Terrible Experience - Not Recommended for Families We are a family and had booked a one-night stay at Ramraj Regency on 2nd May, and that's when the problems began. Note: The rooms in this hotel do not have a fan. You'll understand why I'm mentioning this later. The same night, as we were about to sleep, we started hearing people speaking and chatting very loudly--as if they were right next to us. It turned out that room no. 311 was given to a group of 6 to 7 young men, and they were drinking and creating a lot of noise. It became extremely annoying as we could hear every single word of what they were talking, even at midnight and 2 AM. We complained to the reception the first time, and the receptionist simply ignored us. After we complained a second time, his response was: "Sir, please bear with it, they will finish in sometime." This was completely unacceptable, especially because we are a family. Firstly, how can you assign a room to a group of men right next to a family? Secondly, allowing them to drink in the room and create such a disturbance--opening doors, talking loudly, even using unparliamentary language--at 2 AM is an offense. How do you expect us to sleep peacefully with a wife and child under such circumstances? Now you'll understand why the absence of a fan matters--it would have helped at least a little to mask the noise. Instead, we were forced to hear everything. I am writing this review the same night, without having slept at all. Please think twice or thrice before booking your stay here. Definitely not recommended for families..

Plenty of Mosquitoes are here. A/c rooms are good but mosquito will disturb the atmosphere. Then the complementary breakfast was good. But old people will have little stress to walk for the restaurant.

Rooms are neat but not normal water to bath. Only hot water comes in the morning hours, so I am unable to bathe & no normal water at morning hours. Breakfast buffet is available like Idly, Vada, dosa , puri, boiled egg. The location is inside from the main road & government buses are less. Autos charge more to this hotel.

Good Hotel for family. Pros :- Staff is OK except from InCharge person. Safe place for family. good space for car parking. complimentary breakfast, Delicious breakfast, rooms are good except 201 which window lock is broken and had a privacy issue. hopefully it got fixed by now. cons:- Hot water was not available but staff arranged hot water rod, As I said 2 issues, one is related with InCharge and second one with window lock. Since i have already informed the manager so i hope both issues got resolved by now. Recommended for Family/Female.

A very good experience for our stay in nagercoil. Arranged a taxi for a trip to kanniyakumari which was amazing. Only negative was a loud group of young lads. Party stopped at 23.00 hours. I would stop again 100%, breakfast was superb, purely Indian.

The rooms were clean. It has a centralised AC system. We had breakfast package too, the breakfast was good. I wish they added some fruits, bread n butter to the menu.

Our family had a very good experience at Ramraj Regency! The rooms are comfortable and the room service is excellent, all at an affordable price. One of the standout features is the complimentary breakfast from their restaurant, which serves delicious food and even delivers to your room. While the location is a bit tucked away from the main road, the extra five-minute travel is absolutely worth it for such a great stay. Highly recommend!

I booked a room with breakfast for my parents, but unfortunately, the breakfast service was delayed. By the time it arrived, the breakfast period had ended, and no alternative arrangements or compensation were offered. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the receptionist's attention, I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner.
