Decent place to stay. Very comfortable Administration staffs. Spacious room with modern facilities. Big Sit Out in every room with scenic ambience.

I arrived at this hotel late at night and asked if a whisky could be sent to our room. The receptionist waved his hand as contemptuously as if I had asked for an anteater. I later found the hotel is dry. Arriving there we found there was no fridge - in the heat of southern India! The room itself was admittedly clean and spacious. |After our trip next day we returned to find that the room had not been made up - apparently you have to ask specially for this to be done, it's not automatic as is the invariable case elsewhere. At least, we asked, send up some extra teabags for the next morning. 'No' - we've run out of teabags. I couldn't believe this: an hotel in India running out of tea! The coffee, btw, is all instant. Again, amazing in a coffee-growing region.|Whatever its title, this hotel is simply not up to International status.

First they mentioned tariff as 2500+1000 (for extra bed), which I paid as advance. Next day during checkout she mentioned tariff as 3500+1000 (for extra bed). I paid 1000 extra for which they refused to give bill.

Good place to take a rest for a night or two if you are visiting Nagercoil & Kanyakumari. Rooms are good but the bathroom/House Keeping are not up to 3 Star Hotel Standard. If you expect 3 Star Hotel's Quality and Standard as in Chennai & Coimbatore then will be disappointed.

Gone for attending a marriage reception. The hall can accommodate around 200 in ground flor ans another 200 at the top floor. They have free parking nearby plot

Hotel is the best in city. For the price, we are getting the value back in terms of bedding, ambience, cleanliness. Its little far from city as per auto people norms. Toiletries are cheaper. Buffet breakfast spread in on lower side - strictly to south Indian. No cut fruits or English type. Restaurant manager is moody or angry type. By sharp, 9.57am, i had asked for omlette, i heard he scolded small boy he did he accept order from me (pls note breakfast timings till 10am). He orders to remove all items from the spread by 9.55am. It looks uglish when people are still dining - in other big hotels, people ll ask guests if they still wish to have something before they remove. In my opinion, Restaurant manager can be moved to some other department. Toiletries kept in this hotel is a big disappointment. Hotel management should think of biotique or forest essentials. Such cheap Toiletries kept in ur property ll downgrade your image. Towels are neat. Closet is little stained. It can still be cleaned properly. Tea kit kept in room - coffee mug kept is of very low quality- maybe rs15 per cup. Another big let down.

Our experience at Lance International Hotel was deeply unpleasant. A group of 10 of us booked our stay through MakeMyTrip, expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, during checkout, the hotel staff demanded 1300 for a chocolate stain and mosquito blood on the bedsheet, claiming the stains were irremovable. This felt like an unjust attempt to extort money from us. What added to the frustration was their lack of proper communication. No instructions or warnings about such charges were provided at check-in. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they argued and attempted to intimidate us into paying. Fortunately, we stood our ground, and they eventually gave up their baseless demands. This encounter showcased the hotel's unprofessional and cheap-minded approach. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here if they value fairness and a pleasant experience.
