Disappointing Service Despite a Spacious Property I recently stayed here with my family and while the size of the property is undeniably impressive, the service left much to be desired. The hotel itself is expansive, with plenty of open spaces. The rooms are spacious, and the property's potential to provide a memorable stay is evident. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the grandeur of the location. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to basic requests. Simple things like housekeeping requests or dining service took an unreasonably long time, which detracted significantly from the overall experience. It's frustrating to see such a large and beautiful property let down by poor service. If management focuses on improving staff efficiency and guest relations, this hotel could easily live up to its potential. Until then, it's hard to recommend it, especially for those who value good service.

Prime location, reasonable price and enough spaces for car parking. Use some room spray. The hotel has dedicated parking space available. Cons : Old TV. Broken Remote. Very friendly and respectful people.Coffee/Tea can be ordered Large spacious rooms, Bathrooms with running hot water

If you are looking for budget hotel in Nagarkoil and staying with friends, this is the one you can consider. This is very near to Railway junction. There was some review about bad smells but we didn't faced this issue. Service personnel are good. Only thing we found is broken TV remote otherwise our stay was nice.

Well maintained rooms, clean was area, had stayed in a family room and the room size is very big. It also has a walking wardrobe like space. The hotel has dedicated parking space available.

Prime location, reasonable price and enough spaces for car parking. It would have been great if they provided online booking instead of booking via phone.

Worst service toilet accessories are not provide not clean and rude staff ,difficult car parking , small lift no spacious reception

One of the Worst Hotel, I have ever seen. AC Always not working. Bathroom water doesn't go. Bath Towel is 20yr old. Bad smell. 25yr old TV. Broken Remote. Nil response from reception and staff. Reception will never take the phone. The only good thing is, they have a nice car parking lot. Never Ever go to this Hotel
