We recently stayed at Hotel Blue Residency, located conveniently near Meenachipuram Anna bus stand, which made it easy to explore the town. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious for a budget hotel. However, there were some setbacks that I believe need to be addressed: 1. The TV was there, but there was no connection. 2. There was no water heater available. When we asked the receptionist, we were told we had to inform them whenever we needed hot water. 3. Unfortunately, there wasn't a room telephone to make this request easily. 4. Blankets were missing, and we had to ask the receptionist if we needed them. I'd recommend staying here only if you can adjust to these issues. The hotel management should consider upgrading their service and maintenance for a better guest experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Nagercoil, and I must say my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh, crisp linens and a wells functioning air conditioning unit that kept the space comfortable throughout my stay. The in-room amenities were more than adequate with complimentary toiletries and a reliable supply of hot water. While the hotel may not offer a complimentary breakfast, the in-house restaurant provided a delicious and reasonably priced meal option. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the car parking area to be well-organized and easily accessible. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of my stay was the hotels commitment to value. The rate I was charged was in line with the online prices, and I felt I received excellent service and quality for the price paid. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagercoil, The staffs attentiveness, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the hotel 's commitment to providing a comfortable and affordable stay make it a great choice, I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

One of the worst hotels for stay in Nagercoil. It is a place of minting money. There will be one old man in reception who doesn't answer your calls properly. Not a friendly place to stay. Rooms were not clean, AC was not working properly. No proper bedsheets. Also the car parking was a nightmare. They do not treat the guests properly. Only thing is see is how much money they can grab. They charge more than online prices when you go for in person booking. For us, they charged 2050/- for just a stay of 12 hrs. Lift doesn't work properly as well. No complimentary breakfast as well like what they advertise online. Like other stays, they do not even provide any cleaning accessories like soap, paste....nothing. Also there is no hot water and if you ask for hot water they provide the electric heater which is quiet dangerous. There was a single bucket and it was too dirty having some brown stains. Think 1000 times before booking this hotel.

Blue Residency is a good hotel to stay in. Good Rooms Lift available Uninterrupted Wifi Restaurant nearby Management and staff are very supportive of the customers. We have been to many hotels across India, but Blue Residency is the only hotel that we came across that understands customer situations irrespective of money. Of course, there will be improvements needed, but the management always considers customer suggestions.

**One of the worst experiences I've ever had during my travels.** I had booked (offline) two rooms and made an advance payment 10 days before my stay, and they even provided a receipt. During the booking, I was assured that I could check in at any time. I arrived at the hotel around 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, I noticed chaos as two families from Kerala and Karnataka, who had booked their rooms online, were being denied their stay, citing that all rooms were full, forcing them to cancel their booking. I was asked to wait for 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for over 3hours. Eventually, they offered me a makeshift stay in the restaurant by clearing tables and chairs. The space had no attached restrooms, and I was told to use the service restrooms. I refused the arrangement as we were already exhausted and needed proper rest for the night. They explained that the confusion was due to multiple people handling bookings, both online and offline. At least they should have informed me in the morning about the unavailability and I would have made alternate arrangements. This reflects their poor service and lack of responsibility towards customers. In the end, I had to search for accommodation in nearby hotels. Fortunately, I found a room in a nearby lodge--not the best, but far better than sleeping in a restaurant. Honestly, I'm not even convinced to give them a 1-star rating. Google should have an option to rate 0 stars.

I stayed with family for 3 days. Rooms size is ok, but poorly maintained. Service is very VERY VERY BAD. Receptionist was super slow, they will be on phone always and dont care if u r waiting for them. You wont beleive v had to wait 40min in reception to get the room. Room service was pathetic. I asked for towel/soap multiple times, but got only after i go behind them to their laundry. The worst thing was he gave soiled towel and promising that it was washed and not folded. I was shocked. All service people are older and they dont listen or answer you properly.. Pl avoid booking this hotel unless u have no other option.
