I have stayed with my wife for four days during the last week of August 2016 to attend a marriage of our family friend's son. Even though no restaurant is attached, good room service was provided. This Hotel is situated at a nice place on the Trivandrum Road and good restaurants and shops are very close by.We recommend people for this Hotel, as rates are also reasonable.Good transport service is available both Government and Private vehicles.We have made trips to Kanyakumari and Trivandrum with the vehicles arranged by the Hotel at reasonable rates. This Hotel is situated at a centrally located nice area and the staff and Room boys behaves very politely which has given as immense satisfaction. I recommend people for a short stay.

1. location is good. hotel is in the main 2. no restaurant 3. rooms are not clean 4. it looks like a old mansion 5. if you are planning a family trip, definitely don't choose this place 6. no hot water 7. staff won't even talk to you 8. there are so many good hotels near this residency. 9. no parking facility 10. if you are travelling alone(men), u can go. definitely not for more than 1 day

I was charged on the higher side and the facilities provided was not upto the mark. Atleast a soap should be provided when we check into this type of hotel. The A/c wasn't properly working and when questioned the Manager gave lame excuses and was explaining to me about how a window A/C will work. I think these people need to be aware of how the competitor hotels are performing.

Nice place to stay. Staffs are polite and ready to help you. Car parking is very limited. Heater were not working during our stay, but staff brought the bucket of hot water whenever we needed. No attached restaurant, but Gowri shankar hotel is two building away. If you need, staffs will buy the food also.

Plenty of rooms are available. Rooms are spacious too. In case you search for a place where you could accommodate all your relatives who have come for a tour/marriage function etc it must be a right place. Recently I saw a bad review about this Hotel, to be fact it's such a nice one,

Came here for a friend's wedding. Did not try the food. But local food is great. ||Stay was comfortable but quality sure can improve. A/c was good and not much disturbance from staff for a party of 8 guys. Mostly use this for someone's wedding and book something better for a sightseeing tour. Local beach is beautiful. Must see.

I stayed in this Hotel for four days during my recent business Trip. The hotel is located near Nagercoil collector's office. There is no restaurant attached with this hotel. But next building has one nice vegetarian restaurant. It is overpriced with two idlis for 25 rupees. The room service is vey good . The boys are coming to your room within few minutes. They provide coffee, tea and drinking water from their Hotel itself.. The maintenance of the room is not bad. The price is very economical when we compare to other Hotels in Nagercoil. There is enough space to park the car in front of the Hotel. The taxi fare from the hotel to railway station is Rs 75 and auto fare is 60 rupees. They have multiple call taxis services available in Nagercoil. The auto guys are demanding more money. I will recommend for call taxis. I used the call taxis for all the four days of my stay there.|||| I will stay in this hotel if I go for business tour. I do not see many couples in this Hotel. It is business like hotel. The reception staff need some smiling face when they receive the guests.

Average ambiance, neatly maintained premise. Compact rooms with properly maintained wash room and sink area. Service is ok, reasonable price. Short stay good option in Nagarcoil, Car parking not there rest all ok
