Subject: Feedback: Extremely Disappointing and Painful Stay Sir, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was not only unpleasant but also felt like a complete waste of 5800. It is unacceptable for a hotel to deliver such substandard service and facilities. 1. Room Condition: The rooms were filthy, with unchanged bed covers and no proper cleaning. Basic amenities like soap, towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were not provided, which is shocking for the price paid. 2. Water Bottles: Only one complimentary water bottle was provided per day, and extra bottles were charged. This is highly unreasonable and reflects poorly on your customer care standards. 3. Lighting and Comfort: Nighttime lighting was inadequate, causing discomfort throughout the stay. 4. Staff Response: Despite informing the reception and staff about these issues multiple times, there was no response or action taken. This level of negligence is unacceptable. This experience was not just disappointing; it was painful and stressful. Your lack of professionalism and attention to customer needs has left me feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to avoid your hotel, as it is completely unfit for families or anyone seeking basic comfort. I demand an explanation and appropriate action regarding this matter. New property, rooms are neat and well maintained. Have ample parking facility Comes with complementary breakfast. But they could have told, since we went on function we never used it.

A very pleasant comfortable excellent stay. Staff are very cordial and friendly. Rooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast was very tasty as home food. AC was very chill..Good furniture..one can enjoy stay with family.

We stayed at the VPN Regency last week. To start with the hotel has got a very safe and large car parking facility. If you are driving to Nagapattinam, VPN R will certainly be a good choice for staying. The only issue is the road just before the ramp of the parking was very bad. Though it doesn't come under the hotel's authority, driving inside wasn't harmonious. The rooms are very well maintained. However, the WiFI did not work on the 2nd floor, surprised to hear from the receptionist that the wifi will work only on the ground floor, so why do they charge equally for all rooms? There was a smart TV in each room, and expecting a smart TV to play Netflix is too much, however, what is the purpose of a Smart TV in every room without Wifi? Think they should address the WiFi issue quickly. They have an inbuilt restaurant, heard it was newly built. The food was simply awesome and the rates are pretty convincing. The room service of food was also pretty quick. There is a complimentary Break Fast given, and the spread is very nice with all good vegetarian food with very nice side dishes. Though the Hotel is typically situated at the entrance of the city on the Highways, the city and temples ( we were there on a spiritual trip) are easily accessible. Cleanliness in the lift, bathroom, restaurant, and bed were all maintained well. I will definitely recommend VPN Regency with the heads up that the cost is a bit on the higher side, which they can regularise over the period.

It is a very nice place and the food delivery is very fast. Most important think is taste its yummy.

Worest ever seen this property like my life nothing to say here worest service and rude behaviour of service staff and restaurant staff after billing their not giving return money also guys please think twice before food order and room booking here
