HOTEL RIVER VIEW

People are friendly but rooms and linen should be clean. Daily house keeping is required many of the time staff say, person is on leave will get it done later. Water available on payable basis. Tv, ac and geaser is available. Little salty water. Location is very good. Insects are seen visible here and there. Lizard noises as well.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Lift was not working for the 24 hours at the time of staying and there were no rooms available in the 1st floor. We were forced to stay in 2 nd floor. TV was there but no remote. Ac was running without remote. No hot water. No room service to carry luggage. Broken bed in room no 302. Bedspreads were not clean. Untidy floors with dripping waters all the floor. It was a nightmare staying with my family. Zero satisfaction. We did not get any chance to change as the hotel which we booked earlier ( Hotel Grand niyath) relocated us there due to power fluctuations and AC power drop at 1 AM. One of the worst hotel. Do not waste ur money. Be aware of these kind of last minute changes from the hotels. Stay safe.

everything is good but no cleanliness.. there is dust and curtains are dirty.. they need to maintain it..

As we do not have more choices these people are taking over advantage, charges are high with out any Amenities, you cannot expect any room service from them, even the language, we have to carry, No water bottle as complement, it's chargeable. Some sort of smell inside the room, bedspreads and blankets were not clean. I rated two stars for the room size and the AC we used. It's better if they maintain this hotel in proper way by providing basic amenities to the customers, I request you not to be money minded.

Nice hotel to stay staff is friendly

Best place out there that meet my expectation. Rooms are unreal, way too good. The location of it by the river and the view of it is just great. Had fun with my friends. I don't know the price cuz we got it sponsored.

I stayed here with a group of my peers when we were walking to Velankanni in 2019. It had just finished it's construction and it was extremely clean, really well done, ambient spacious rooms and the hot shower after walking for around 37kms was amazingly comforting. Just hope they've maintained it since then . . .

WORST experience ever! You guys could rather stay at your cars than staying there . Just don't go there at any cost and its SUPER WASTE of money ( No toiletries, worst service , No mirror, no cupboard, lizards everywhere,No TV, untidy toilets and its foul smell too)
