Avoid this place. Room is really dirty, including the bed sheets. No WiFi in the rooms. Air conditioning not working. Completely overpriced.

Very spacious room with a neat bathroom. But no good restaurants nearby. And also pls check the check out time clearly before u book the room.

Ideally located (snack shop downstairs and fruit stand 100 mtrs away. The hotel was Clean, Comfortable and Convenient. All my needs were met and it was definitely worth the money I paid. I would be pleased to stay there again. The big thing for me is how I was treated by the staff, from the General Manager and the other two gentlemen who worked the reception desk. They each went well out of their way in helping me time and again, fulfilling each of my needs with courtesy, respect and genuine care. I arrived at the hotel with two crucial handicaps: I only spoke English, and I had recently sustained a foot injury that made walking difficult and delicate. Whenever I needed anything, the staff was always there for me. The GM's exquisite command of English greatly facilitated more than one crucial transportation challenge I was dealing with. I greatly appreciated all that he did for me in that respect, including following through to make sure that all unfolded okay. I gladly offer my highest recommendation to Hotel Coastal Inn.

Recently visited this hotel on 3rd September in the way to my velankanni church it's good hotel situated near Nagapattinam main road just 5 minutes travel from railway station good room and bathroom are very neat it's very affordable rates I have booked a non AC room only 900 rs

It's really very good place to stay . Rooms here are very luxurious and it's in affordable price. It's very tough to find a room like this in Nagapattinam.and the huge plus is the location . The service here is very good People are so kind and it makes me feel home.

People who visit Nagapattinam or velankanni or whosoever crossby Take a bit to explore this wonderful shelter not just for the comfort, experience or service but also for for the great infrastructure & those wordings potrayed over the walls . It would somewhere hit us in our life & give an impact . Really appreciation to the owner to shower his thoughts to the rest of the world . Loved it & had a wonderful experience!

Well maintained rooms with clean and cozy beds,ample storage space and a pleasant ambiance...

Stay was pleasant. Staff was helpful. Great location with neat rooms.
