It's quite nice and ambiance is good, service is decent enough and nice to see birds walking around. Pool is cool but I wish they maintain the timing mentioned on board instead of restrictions which is not as per the notice board. Complimentary breakfast has only South Indian but should have variety. Overall it's good and priced fairly.

We have booked this resort for our 25 year college reunion. The atmosphere and rooms are really good. The manager and staff members are kind and helpful. Some food items are really good and some are not. We rented out the party hall for our event, they provided all the services effectively without any restrictions. The only drawback I could say is the swimming pool water. After spending a few hours in the swimming pool, my 14 year old complained that he was having itching, maybe due to the high amount of chlorine. Please take care of that.

I am delighted to share this review. The service was excellent and provided a comfortable experience for hosting programs and events. They took care of all the requirements, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for your wonderful support in organizing such a large event. We look forward to working with you again.

Rooms was ready they said and took out luggage inside but toilet was not at all cleaned. Full of ants in room. No basics provided drinking water, toiletries, towel, mats for restroom, wen we asked they said we have not got from laundry and made us to wait for almost 6hours to get one mat. Said 24hours hot water and we didn't even get for 1 hour. And water wat full dirty mud water. Receptionist was never available wen ever called for giving feed back or to ask anything waited for almost 30mins each time. Beds are too small for 6ft people.

Don't be deceived by the outer view of the hotel.The hotel looks amazing from the outside, but the rooms are a huge disappointment. They're outdated, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The room we got was not clean, the AC was not working,the locks of the bathroom door doesn't work, the tap fittings were rusted and the water was too salty. The pool was not maintained well.Wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances.

Even though the location is ok rooms were pathetic and service was also bad. Bedsheets and towels provided was so dirty that you may get some allergic reaction to it. Property is not at all maintained that it stinks very badly. It's nice to have birds in the campus but not that near to the rooms. While paying 5k for a room we expect a minimum quality atleast with water . Overall every thing was bad and first time had such worst experience with a stay.

DIRTY One of the worst places we stayed in our trip. Not worth for the money we paid. The rooms are smelly and they need a lot of maintenance work to be done. Lot of insects. No hot water. Very worst places to stay. There are lot of other options nearby. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
