The Swagath Grande by ZEEYATT REGENCY

Stayed here for a stopover during journey from Trivandrum to Bangalore. Not too far away from the highway, located in some non-descript area. There is no lift here. Rooms are spacious but overall ambience is ordinary. Service and staff attitude very good and they attend to our needs quickly. Buffet breakfast was ok and with some good options. No complaints for the price as budget hotel.

Swagath Grand Hotel in Dindigul deserves a 4.5-star rating. Its prime location near the railway station and bus stand makes it very convenient for travelers. The hospitality is exceptional, and the rooms are impeccably maintained, offering a clean and comfortable stay. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great choice for both dining and accommodation. The only downside is that the hotel provides only one towel per room, even though each room is double-occupied. Overall, a fantastic experience with minor room for improvement!

This place is a best example for don't judge a book by its cover. The first impression by out look of the building was good but the way they treat their customers was worst. The attitude which they showed towards us was bottom to the barrel. The way they communicate to customer should be improved.

Rooms are good but not the excellent and the facilities they offers are nothing, water, accessories they provide are not upto the mark, main thing is price they are charging for the room they provided is not worth, price is more compared to other hotels maintained like this.

Clean small rooms, great service, staff behaviour was very good. We stayed for a day here while renovation was going so only few rooms were open for booking at that time, still there were no issues faced, all facilities were provided and was not compromised. Only thing was the room we booked for 3 was small so with extra bed put there was not much space to walk it was a bit congested.Breakfast and lunch were served in the restaurant. Food was very good.

I would like to put review star in minus but we don't have that facility. They should attend commerce course about consumer requirements and treating. They have so much attitude which was not required or needed. I really don't have any words to describe their treatment which was so disrespectful. They treat as if we are begging to stay in their hotel or like they are paying for our stay. Please learn how to make tea.

Worst ever hospitality ... Booked room via call but once reached the customer service were very rude and was demanding 2x money than the said amount

Recently visited this Hotel and had a great experience 1) Best hotel in dindigul with multi purpose facilities 2) Foods were amazing and top notch dining 3) Owners and staffs were polite and friendly
