Parsons Court

The rooms were clean and neat, it was big aswell. Same is the case with bathroom. AC was not very good, it was not cooling enough, we had to use fans. Complementary water is filled in a bottle. Service was little slow. But giving 5 stars for clean rooms and clean bed sheets.

We stayed at this property on the night of 30th April 2025, and it was a truly disappointing experience. What was once considered one of the best hotels in Dindigul has sadly deteriorated into one of the worst. Our MMT booking clearly mentioned a 12 pm check-in. We called around 12:30 pm to confirm room readiness, and checked-in at 2:30 pm. On arrival, we were given rooms on the topmost floor. Given the heat, we requested rooms on a lower floor and were even willing to wait for them to be cleaned. However, the reception staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. We were told there were vacant rooms on other floors, but none would be cleaned until night -- an unacceptable and arrogant response. We had no choice but to accept the rooms offered, which turned out to be in terrible condition. The rooms reeked of cigar smell, the floors were dirty, the bathrooms had visible damage, and the beds were so worn out they were barely usable. Worse still, the duvet had bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. Housekeeping was extremely slow and unresponsive to our requests. This property reflects poor maintenance, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of customer care. The staff are clearly untrained and apathetic. Strongly not recommended. A zero-star experience.

Spacious and clean rooms, well maintained washrooms make Parsons Court an ideal place to stay in Dindigul. The staff were very welcoming and co-operative. Highly recommended. My family had a pleasant and comfortable stay :)

Overall good experience.Ambience is awesome. Safe place to stay.Buffet can be improved especially for the breakfast. Team is customer friendly. Special mention about chef , he prepared the dinner as per our requirement. Dosa counter was live.Room was neat and clean.Thanks to the reception team as they helped during crisis.

Have stayed during my visit on 6th and 7th Apr'25 Room are clean and neat but very poor service as have called them asked for drinking water twice in night not served even next day morning also called asked for drinking water haven't served till have check out which have conveyed them during my check out and have not even bothered about the same

Had a wonderful experience. The service was extraordinary and staff were very helpful. Tried dragon mushroom , mutton biryani with chicken gravy which was really great !!!

The rooms and food are fine. But when they us for the complimentary breakfast it got over before the mentioned time, when we approached the Manager Dinesh he did some eyewash activity by providing us uncooked sevai and upma. The royal spa which is been a part of the hotel it is a money looting activity. I highly recommend not take any sevices from the spa. The manager doesn't even have guts to reveal his name , very upset with his behaviour. When I told him that I will escalate, he has given his mail id. The management should not entertain such people it will hold a negative impression to the customer. He is such a rude and insensible person , management buck up and take necessary action for smooth functioning of hotel.
