Hotel Chenduran Park

"I recently stayed at this hotel when I was unwell, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received. Mr. Ramranjan went above and beyond, attending to my needs in my room like a caring brother. He provided medical support and truly exemplified genuine hospitality. I felt at home knowing someone was there to take care of me. The hotel management should be proud to have such a dedicated staff member. Thank you, Ramranjan, and thank you to the hotel management for a wonderful experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be average overall. While the breakfast was good and satisfying, several aspects of the room fell short. The hot water supply was insufficient(less hot), the fan in Room 120 wasn't working, and the flush in the bathroom had issues. These inconveniences affected the overall comfort of the stay.

We stayed for a short duration only. Room was nice, 5 minutes walk from Dindigul junction.

The AC seems to be controlled from reception, they only start when you ask them to start. The extra bed which was provided was very old and uneven. If the charges are there for the third person the bedding should be decent enough to sleep. The complementary breakfast was unexpectedly very good.

Room was not properly clean. There was dust in many places inside the room. Booked a superior quality room. It has a king size double bed and one single bed. AC remote was broken. Stains were everywhere, on the bed spreads, blankets, bathroom. Even cockroaches were there. The room charges are really high by looking at all things. Complimentary breakfast was also not good. Only Upma was good.

The Ac of the rooms never works...pls don't book this hotel...worst experience...very bad....

Rooms are decent and service boys are really helpful. But the receptionist guy was very rude and impatient. Doesn't address customer's concerns I am giving less rating only for the unwelcoming behaviour of the receptionist

Surprisingly good hotel. It is close to the railway station and the rates were reasonable, so my expectation wasn't high. Hotel had a courteous reception desk, neat rooms, no glitches in ac / plumbing. Restaurant was good, had custom made dishes at very affordable prices.
