Seabreeze Beach House

This is an isolated property in the location that stands out from other properties and it is the only advantage being here. Do not go by the photos as they have been age old pics when it was new. Please check my latest uploaded pics for reference. Location : a big plus as this faces sea and just few meters away from the waves. Swimming pool: is better, private and can be viewed from the common area and the rooms. Rooms: begs for refurnishing and interiors have gone old. 1 individual room at Ground and 2 at first floor with attached bathroom. 2 rooms are connected and they call it suite rooms can be accommodated only by a single family. Suite room's living area is converted to room with a bed and actual room has a queen bed with no AC. Bathrooms: for suite room's with 2 beds it was 1. Others had individual bathrooms. Fittings have been worn out, rusted and are waiting for change. Not clean, stained and needs a professional make over. Geysers are working somehow and leakages from them have left stain marks. No use of the water tub there are no stoppers. Kitchen: except for the name there is absolutely nothing in it, not even a kettle, induction or gas stove and Zero utensils. Support: one family (to be maintainers) who can help you with basic needs, and they are helpful to an extent. If you are planning to be here, at least 4 to 5 families with good number of men, not to be scared when it is dark. Altogether it should have been a great property before 10 -15 years but nothing to be appreciated now other than its location. Restaurants and other shops are far from here. I am not interested for a second visit nor recommend it, unless it is redesigned and remade. They do not provide you the exact location of the property until you finalise on them, there are network of people managing this villa and the nearby ones and most of them are in similar condition.

Nearest to the beach. Unblocked. 4 huge bedrooms. And huge living area. But condition is bad and old. Badly maintained. Old beddings and screeching fans and infested with ants.

Recently went to cousin sister's marriage function, It is luxurious beach house, rooms are neat clean and spacious but ground floor Rest room near steps need to be cleaned, service is good , about location.. it is beach house so it is near beach little distance from Main road we can't walk from main road, we must have vechile to reach , overall it is luxurious beach house you come and visit before booking..

Zero maintanence. No privacy as the doors do not close. Toilets have multiple cockroaches. Swimming pool was claimed to be clean by the housekeeping person but the water was yellow in colour. Inverters are there but not connected. Power is intentionally cut once you pay. Bedrooms have no door and even if there is a door, the lock is rusted and won't close. Refrigerator is actually an antique - never knew refrigerators could actually rust. We went as 10 people to stay and ended up back in Chennai within 2 hours thanks to the Amazing quality of the so called beach house. I didn't even have a chance to talk about safety as we couldn't cross sunset in this place. Pics shown are taken about 25 years before and this is a scam. Better throw the 25k in the drain than go to this shabby place. Edit 1 - I stayed for 2 hours on 21st June 2024 when the property was exactly as above.

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Seabreeze Beach House. Initially I thought all these reviews were some random disappointed fellas posting their comments. Now, I am writing this review after a highly unsatisfactory stay at Seabreeze Beach House. I believe potential visitors deserve to know the truth about this place. The main and most basic need of a human is WATER facility where it is a complete disaster. There were no water to use for at a stretch of 6 hours. Cannot able to use restroom because of lack of water where we were forced to use the water from the pool for our basic need. It doesn't end there, there are other problems as well like Multiple power cuts, no cleanliness, full of dust and rust and so on. When I finally decided to had a discussion with the owner regarding all these issues, he was so rude and even spoke all the bad words at the end of the discussion. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place for any events like get togethers, office party and so on. ALSO I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILY AND FAMILY FUNCTIONS. Note : Don't even think of booking this place otherwise you'll feel bad and become one a victim like us and urge to write some comments like this.

What a filthy disgusting place. There are insects everywhere in, the doors are rusted, the pool was so dirty and everything was just so dirty and horrible. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE! It's not just filthy but none of the appliances work either. Worse experience. Complete waste of money. There are few good reviews. Do not trust it. I guess the house owner is giving such fake reviews!

I wonder how this place has got rating 4. We three families decided to spend our long weekend in this resort reached there in the evening only to our dissappointment ended up wasting our advance money, time and energy. The property is nothing like it's seen in the pictures. Shabby furnitures , RUSTED refrigerator, dirty swimming pool,flies and insects all over, broken grills, broken stairways, on the whole the house was crying for renovation. Disgusting place not worth spending a penny. Nobody will even want to go and stay for free it was that bad. With kids it's absolutely no safe. The owner was unapologetic and has no qualm in looting money for such worst customer service. How is that even a place to relax?? I would rather stay at home not wasting my money on a such disgusting place. I see lot of negative reviews for the past two years but the owner has still not done anything to make the place habitable. Pathetic!!!. This is very much about Seabreeze beach house that we visited two days ago n decided to leave immediately seeing the condition. Hope the review reaches many people...

We had our office team outing here. The place is really well maintained and is located at a great spot. Not too far away and not near a crowded locality as well (so there's no problem from neighbours). The rooms and Swimming are well maintained. The property has lots of space for parking and a decent sized swimming pool. The beach is accessible.. thank u Seabreeze beach house team
