DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER||||I had the most horrible experience at this resort during a wedding function. Please read this before even thinking of booking this place - it's absolutely not worth your money or your trust.||||We booked the entire resort for a marriage function, expecting a smooth and exclusive event. But what we got was a disaster:||||* Room service was pathetic - they didn't even bother to refill drinking water.||* Only one buggy vehicle was working and that too kept draining out quickly. Guests had to walk long distances.||* Frequent power cuts throughout the event. No proper backup or support.||* The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained.||* Even after booking the whole resort, they allowed another loud event on the same day, completely ruining our privacy and peace.||* Rooms were in terrible condition - ACs not working in many rooms. Guests suffered in the heat.||* The banquet and dining hall ACs didn't work properly either.||* We were promised round tables for dinner, but they denied them at the last minute, messing up all arrangements.||* Huge quantity of food was thrown away without informing us. Because of this, late-arriving guests couldn't even eat dinner.||* And the worst part - there was a drainage leakage near the cooking area! Completely unacceptable and disgusting!||||This resort is completely mismanaged, unhygienic, and unprofessional. They just want your money - no sense of responsibility, service, or respect for your function.||||Please stay away from this place. DO NOT make the mistake we did. Your special day will be ruined. There are far better resorts with actual hospitality and cleanliness - this one doesn't deserve a single star.

Very bad experience! The staff and even the resort manager were super rude, no respect for customers at all. There's no proper lift service, and privacy is zero. Even after booking the whole bay, random people were coming in and roaming around -- we complained to the management but no one cared. Maintenance is the worst! For room cleaning, we had to call 4-5 times, only then someone would show up. Same with the lift -- every single time it stopped working, we had to keep calling the operator again and again. And the worst part -- during our event, the drainage near the food area was leaking! So unhygienic and disgusting. Honestly, such a horrible experience, totally not worth the money!

We had an amazing team outing at this resort! The place is very spacious, with a beautiful lawn and a great selection of indoor and outdoor games. The food was absolutely top-notch, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian - every dish was delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. A special thanks to Jasmine ma'am, without whom this event wouldn't have been possible. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Broken Commitments and Poor Service We booked the entire property for a 3-day stay for the destination marriage, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience based on the management's commitments. Unfortunately, what we received was far from acceptable and caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment. Despite booking the entire venue, we were shocked to discover that other guests had also been accommodated, causing major discomfort and overcrowding. The basic promise of daily linen and towel changes was completely ignored--not even a single change happened during our stay. they have only one small lift can accommodate two people at a time, event that also not worked properly. The washrooms were in terrible condition: water flow was extremely slow, taps were broken, and faucets didn't function properly. Even worse, we were denied access to the large swimming pool that was clearly advertised as available for guests. One of the most frustrating issues was the complete failure to supply drinking water in the rooms as promised. With 74 rooms booked, not even one refill was done throughout the stay. The decoration vendor caused damages, but strangely, we were asked to pay for it by unrelated parties like the green coconut supplier--absolutely unprofessional and unfair. We had also requested 3 wheelchairs for a large group of over 200 guests. Only one was provided, despite repeated reminders. We paid 60,000 per day for kitchen usage, yet it was poorly maintained, and the drainage area broke down during the event, leading to overflow and a horrible mess. Staff behavior was another low point--they were outright rude, used foul language in front of guests, and showed no sense of hospitality. Many rooms were dirty, had non-functioning air conditioning, broken power sockets, badly arranged furniture, and unwashed curtains. To top it all, they promised 20 safety locks but didn't hand over a single key. At the end, without delivering any of the promised services, they were aggressive and confrontational about payment. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We expected hospitality, but were met with negligence and hostility. Not recommended.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Our team recently stayed at your hotel in Room 402, and we had a highly disappointing experience. The air conditioning was completely non-functional, yet we were still charged for it. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. It is unacceptable to charge guests for services that are not provided. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their facilities and service standards to avoid similar issues for future guests.

Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service was excellent, and the resort looked beautiful and lush with greenery. My family enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool. It was definitely worth visiting Green Coconut Resort.

Swimming pool maintenance can be better. It was not clean when we went and after multiple requests only it was cleaned. And few items in the food was very bad. We were vegetarian, so we didn't like the food so much.

Was here for the annual team get together. Used just the banquet hall where a host conducted games, we were about to 75-80 of us and the hall was just sufficient. Food was OK. Entrance and the way to the car park was a little congested. There were other outdoor amenities as well, which the team enjoyed. Good place for a team get together, it's not in the beach side, so can't see or use the beach!
