Booked three bedrooms for 24k and went with kids to relax for the weekend. AC didn't work in one room. We reported but no response. Had to sleep in hall with kids. When we asked for a refund for one room, they were very manipulative. Our weekend was totally spoiled. ECR holidays management ppl are scammers. Pls don't become their prey.

I had a terrible experience at a 4 BHK villa I booked recently. The property was in horrendous condition--filthy, with dust everywhere, broken faucets that caused injuries, and several AC units that didn't work. The swimming pool was absolutely disgusting, filled with insects and grime. Basic necessities like extra pillows and adequate cooking facilities were completely lacking. The caretakers were the worst part of the experience. They were rude and threatening, treating us as if we were inconveniencing them. They refused to give us the house keys, demanding that we call them every time we needed access. When we questioned the ridiculous cleaning fee they failed to disclose, they actually locked us in the villa. Essential requests for drinking water took far too long to be addressed, and they would barge in at will without any courtesy. To add insult to injury, the photos used in their listing were blatantly misleading--the beach was nowhere near the property, contrary to what they advertised. I strongly urge anyone considering this villa to STAY AWAY! It's a total scam, and no one deserves to go through such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I had one of the most horrific experiences with their executive. Her number is listed here on Google as well. I had confirmed my dates for the stay thrice with her. And then after paying an advance amount I called her again to cross check and she flipped out. We booked our tickets from Bangalore to chennai solely on the basis of this. She had the nerve to blame me and tell me that I had mentioned the wrong dates to her. She wasn't apologetic as well. When I asked her to put me through with her manager, she asked me to get it from google and hung up on me.

I recently stayed here, and it was an amazing experience! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a luxurious feel. Every detail was well thought out, from the comfortable bedding to the stylish decor. The ambiance was perfect for relaxing, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Will definitely be coming back!"

Extremely disappointed, very badly maintained, no ac, no fans, all locks are broken, all taps broken or not working hence limited water, all bathrooms have no place to even hang a towel, properly management people promise to come & repair, no one turns up, exorbitantly prices, 0 value for money, will never recommend this place to anyone. 1/10 (1 for the location)

Elite beach house is maintained very clean by Baskaran care taker... Taking care of the customer very friendly. Only one think need to be focused is TV recharge is not done till we vacate the beach house.
