Our stay was absolutely delightful and service outstanding and oceanfront setting made it unforgettable. The spacious rooms and beautiful sunrise were the highlights.We loved the beachside and well maintained pool. Perfect for a weekend escape with friends and family.

I don't know how people can give 5 stars for this place. Worst ever experience in my entire life. Zero maintenance, washbasins with no water, broken hand showers, windows and taps. See through windows in the bathroom with no curtains. Dust everywhere. Ants and mosquitoes in the bedroom which made us to visit a doctor for my kid. Greedy people, took the entire amount as soon as we landed in the property and ignored all the issues. Except the location, everything was worst. I won't suggest this place unless they do a good maintenance.

Very poorly maintained property. There wasn't a single latch which was locking. Restroom was poorly maintained. Swimming pool had lot of dirt like tissue papers and cotton lint Fibre. Stair case and balcony had poor support highly unsafe for kids. Only plus was the beach view. Definitely not worth 12k. The house is still under maintenance or construction. Photos are nothing close to reality. If maintained well, would be a good property. The sea view was the only good thing. Great sir. There were no activities going on in the house as you said and thank you for enlightening me on how a vintage house will look!

We stayed over at the property two days ago, and paid 18k for the same. Can't deny that the location of the property is great, right next to the sea, on the beach. But everything else is ridiculously maintained, very poorly. Yes the house is next to the sea and there will be corrosion but you can't rent out a property as such with no obligation to keep it clean and prepared for your guests. Disappointed :) unfortunately we hadn't read the previous reviews on google before booking and had just looked at air bnb. The stairs have dangerous fixtures which arent railings, there is rust everywhere, floor isn't clean and is sticky, either doors wouldn't close or they wouldn't open. The caretaker arranged a vintage stove ( from the 1800s) for us to heat water on for coffee. We left much before the checkout time next morning. It's truly sad to see a property with so much potential, not being taken care of at all. Hopefully the owners will do something and work on it. Overall, an interesting stay.

Worst experience, house looks very old and damaged, not even clean sometimes there is a power cut(at night) , washrooms are not clean. Even if it is a vintage house it should be maintained well not with broken stair case which is not safety for kids and we'll as elders. Don't keep any expectations that showed in the photos ,if u want to book this house better to visit and later decide.

Worst experience, very poorly maintained property with zero worth the penny spent for the stay. The swimming pool was not at all cleaned and has lot of dusts and insects. Not a place for kids and family.

One of the best beach house with nice view. Very well maintained rooms and good amenities. The host was very kind and helpful. I would Highly recommend this place for a get together, family reunion or a corporate team parties.

A very beautiful , clean , calm and beach front villa with great amenities . Great choice for family get together , corporate party , friends reunion party & family birthday party celebration . We had a very great time in the beach facing pool . Kids enjoyed this place so much . Very kid friendly and the host was very very kind and helpful .
