ASR Parklane, A Bergamont Hotel - Hosur

Hi friends, I have been staying in this hotel for the last 4 days and I noticed that the hotel staff is not able to recharge my TV for the last 4 days, so I will check out this hotel tomorrow morning and my friends, if you ever come here, do not come to this hotel by mistake, the maintenance service here is very bad. I liked only one thing in this hotel and that is the chef Chandan ji in the restaurant. He is very praiseworthy in nature and in making his food and the taste of all his dishes reminds me of my home... that is why I am thanking Chandan sir once again because you made my choice your choice and served us food.

Very very worst service. I stayed in the hotel on March 22 2025 along with my wife and kid. There was a power cut happened at 9.30 PM. I expected for the generator to back up the power. 5 mins passed nothing happened. 10 mins, 20 mins, no response. Even room telephone lines were switched off by the hotel staffs. Since there was no ventilation in the room apart from the AC, it was very difficult to stay in the room. When reached directly to reception, there was no proper response or incharge person. Power restored at 12 AM. More than 2 hours power outage. Very very worst. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone. We are booking hotel to get good sleep. That itself is not guaranteed in the hotel. Never choose this hotel. There are way better hotels in hosur. It's better and wise to choose other hotels.

This place was very nice. Everyone working here was very friendly and did everything they needed. The restaurant is very good. I'm sure everyone will use this place and have a great day. Car parking facility very much better than other restaurant

The rooms are neat and clean. The room service staffs were very friendly. |My only advise to ASR parklane management is to look at the reception lady who was serving that day was not friendly enough and to be changed. The Car parking is not safe.

I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. Hotel's restaurant offered a decent selection of dishes. Restaurant offers great value for money.

For business people this place is a perfect one. Away from city traffic and peaceful. Breakfast is good and rooms are neat. Overall good experience. |The front office team is very professional and friendly. Sp mention to Kalapana, Kalai and Neethu.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the service attitude is enthusiastic.|Check-in procedures are handled quickly and efficiently.|The room is clean and comfortable, with a soft bed, a very clean bathroom, and well-equipped. Urgently I was wanted to print a document, the reception was able to print it as fast as possible.|The restaurant offers a variety of Indian breakfast options with good taste.|Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay.

The hotel satisfies all the conditions for a traveller who is moving from bangalore to coimbatore or further down. the restaurant needs lot of improvement by means of the food served. the breaksfast even though was called complimentary had a poor spread
