IVC Villa

It was a great stay, comfortable and spacious with a great view. They have adequate parking space. The caretaker was really helpful in getting things arranged and with all the requests at all times. Food provided was also good. Nothing much to complain about definitely a must try for a good peaceful experience.

Hello Everyone!, Such a worst experience faced at property. TV not at all working and there is no heater service. When i ask to property manager he told wait 10 minutes then again he told wait 15 mins heat water will come in tap. then finally he bought heat water in a tub manually. Wasted my 2 hrs time in restroom. These all tourism spot but why these guys having such a worst resorts and rooms not at all clean. such a ugly room and also property surroundings not at all clean. All the pics shown by property are edited and it is very old property without any cleanliness.

Most of the photos posted are highly edited to make the hype. I even believe that was a result of paid promotion. The rooms I booked were not cleaned. The pillow covers and bedsheets were not changed. I had to ask the caretakers to clean the room, and show them the hair and dirt on bed and pillow to change covers. Wastebin was not empty, and the food waste on top of a small table was wiped of dried. There was a bad smell inside the room. Toilet was clean by the way, but no soap, handwash or bath towels.

They are using solar heater * Dirty Bedsheet and towels. * Very old property. * Lodge is more better then this room * Only plus is location. * Food is ok **** Not recommended for family *** I stayed in many hotels but this is the worst place in my experience..

Very bad experience, Bathrooms were not neat and was complaint. Room have bad smell throughout the day. Heater takes about half an hour time to heat . Totally not worth for the money.

One time I stay,my charger missing but manager aravinth sir send it courier, Nice personality nice person Good food good location good person's Bharathi any time service,,must stay in ivc villa,,, best price , best food cost I stay 3 nights very well maintained, daily room cleaning well. We, the families of Advocate from Chennai have stayed at IVC Villa. It is located at very beautiful location of nature which gives pleasure of stay here. Villa is very well maintained. Food is very enjoyable and home-made. Hassle free place and centrally located which makes it easy to reach all site-seeing places around Kothagiri.

Rooms are comfortable,Neat & spacious and 3 only less space but it's ok for 3 member families. Hot water for bathing is not available at early morning . It's available after 7.00 am. Food arrangement is made by this Villa. Food taste is Superb but costly. Idly,Dosa , Poori, Biriyaani,Chappathi,Pongal,Vadai, Khichadi etc are available and taste are really superb but size are very small. Mobile Network in this area is lagging not good. The main drawbacks are food Cost and availability of hot water . Room service good. They are very Nice to giving service.
